“The cellar device sells rep sold me the phone I wanted really quick and easy. Even though she asked a lot of other additional questions like a warranty and an auto pay sign up question. She was really only doing her job. She was professional and quick. I felt bad that I had to go back and did not have the other person first but I did not have myself together. My phone was completely dead and didn't change anymore. The store was clean and the phones looked nice... She even put my protector case and screen protector on for me. Then they even check to see if your phone works. Nice place for good cricket service.”
“Alex and Kelly went above and beyond to set me up with a replacement Samsung tablet and phone. I went in to replace my tablet, but they were able to go through my account and find a deal that took care of the tablet if I traded in my current phone. “I had been scammed twice for an iPhone for my daughter’s Xmas present. This was the second phone I bought and I was told that it was just a paperweight. I was told that since it was through T-Mobile nobody would be able to unlock it. Someone happened to tag my post with the owner of Mon valley phone repair. Josh had messaged me and told me he thought he could fix my phone. I was a little skeptical at first that it wouldn’t work because of everything that people told me. It took a little more than he expected I think, but he is my hero for the day. He fix the phone and now my daughter has her phone. thank you so much! I would absolutely recommend them for and needs and repairs!!”
