Poor! Rented my U-HAUL from the Super 8 Hotel in Uniontown, the guy at the desks gave me little info about the process he just handed me keys. I asked for paperwork and a receipt he said I’d get a text message. He was more worried about the conversation he was having with his friend about buying property and a dirt bike. I got the text shortly after pulling away from the Hotel but couldn’t open it because I was driving by the time I reached my first destination the link had expired. I had no idea U-Haul had switched everything to online I’m old school I need something tangible but tried going online to fulfill my duties but it was just too late. I called them and basically was no help!!! I got very DRY assistance with a is what it is attitude from a supervisor. To avoid speaking to the when I returned the vehicle I used the app but it’s a SUPER LONG PROCESS all the pictures you have to take thank goodness I don’t need to use their services all the time. Next time I’ll try Budget or Penske!

Do NOT rent from this location!!! Customer service is god AWFUL. I was charged $62 at time of pick up. I ended up keeping the Uhaul a day extra due to bad timing which I fully understand that there would be extra charges applied. Fair. However, this location has now charged me FOUR times. $62, $111 at first which was fine with me because I was late. I woke up today, now 4 days later and they have charged me another $258!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I picked up at this location, went to republic pa, Hopwood pa, then returned it! Good bit of miles, which again I understand we there would be charges for. $173 seemed fair to me, mileage included. Todays $258 is unrealistic, and uncalled for. I wouldn’t mind paying it if there was reason I was charged this however there is NO valid reason. When I called to speak with the “manager” she said I went 182 miles which is not the case. When I told her that there must a mistake, she argued with me and completely shut down the idea that they made a mistake which they DID! No remorse, no help, no customer service. Do NOT rent from this place!!!!!!

We bought a deep freezer at Lowe’s, but delivery wasn’t available (floor model, no box) yesterday. This morning I called Bart’s Uhaul to inquire if there was a pickup or van available for a few hours. I was told that the only thing available was a 10’ box truck…for the same price as a van!! Went over and was greeted by the nicest person (Bart). The process was easy and quick..,the truck was pretty new, very clean, and drove easily. Got the freezer home and returned the truck with ease. I will definitely return here in the future for any moving truck needs. Hands down the best place to deal with in the area.
