Renee & worker are fantastic. Wish they had more workers so the hours could go back to what they were. I work til 5 & drive 10 miles home, before I could stop in & shop, now I can't, have to wait until Saturday. Nice large selection of everything, wish more things that don't sell could be passed to another organizations like Red Cross or a church for people who have lost everything to fires & floods or other disasters.

I went in this week to look for a gift for myMothers birthday there was a worker in there I think named Dan or Dean can’t quite remember but he was extremely helpful and caring helped me find something I can afford an my mother would still like we discussed how living in PA has changed over the last few years an overall he made my experience feel more friendly rather than business an I think city mission should hire more like HIM!!

To overpriced with most things. I have seen a few things every time I go in same price just sitting there for over a year now. They can’t even move them on 50% off day. There were Target cushions last time they wanted 29.99 a piece with stains. I went on target website and they were 19.99 new. Same brand same tag. Not sure if it’s higher rent or just everywhere else raised prices but the mission is suppose to help people who can’t afford retail and this goes for any thrift store. I can see you wanting higher prices on collectibles but everyday items no. It’s getting to the point you can buy name brand clothes new, cheaper at the mall than used at a thrift store that’s a real problem.

I have had a couple bad experiences with this location. I have taken a lot of things to be donated to this store, only to see things overpriced, and sometimes just as expensive as if I bought new. I took a box of Christmas mugs to be donated and went to look around in the store. When I was leaving the store the employee was throwing them away in the trash. I will not donate to this location again.

One of the better Hidden Treasures shops. It's pretty big, definitely bigger than the Rostraver & Washington locations. Always lots of jewelry and vera bradley if you're looking for that. Usually pretty neat.

Wonderful staff! Items are very neatly organized. I will say the prices have gone up. Though I don't mind the money goes to a good cause. I love thrifting this is by far one of my favorite stores.

Cashiers very nice. Extremely overpriced. Management rude and refused to take donations after being instructed to bring them in before closing. Will not go back there.
