The hot foods section is a train wreck. there's never any food available and when it is, u have to wait for someone to help u. I ordered a sub, & the emplyee made it then let it sat there for 5 minutes while she went in the cooler to get more supplies. When she returned, I asked her to remake it since flys were crawling all over it and she gave me an attitude. Do NOT recommend this place at all. Bring Judy back!

I wasn't too impressed with this Giant Eagle location. I'm not sure what this used to be before Giant Eagle took over, but they should probably redesign how the entrance works. I parked on the one side of the lot and didn't know that the entrance to the store was basically on the other side of the lot. I do have to say that I have never been here before this visit and had no idea what to do. So when I saw the entrance I figured I could park near what appeared the front of the store. Walking inside it was a little underwhelming. It looks and feels a little too small for the area. I mean they had all departments covered, but not a big selection within those given departments. I wondered around the weirdly laid out store and stumbled upon the items I didn't necessarily need, but picked up anyway. Customer service was lackluster, but that could be because of the area. I wish they would have had self checkouts here so I didn't have to deal with that part of it. Another thing that doesn't help here is the fact that parking lot is confusing. The main entrance to this place is at a traffic signal and it is hard to figure out which way you are suppose to go once you enter the plaza lot. It gave me a bit of a headache since you could barely see the lines and arrows in the parking lot.

I agree with one of the reviews that the employees seem indifferent and unhappy. Maybe their wages should be raised for better customer service.I have also had problems with them being disrespectful towards me and all I want to do is go into the store and have the best shopping experience possible. Matter of a fact, I personally havent shopped there in several years because of my negative experience there.My partner does the shopping there now. I may go back, but if I get disrespected at any time again, I will not put up with it like I have before. Maybe the employees need more incentives to put more effort into their job and give better customer service.

My boyfriend had went to this giant Eagle to get me a birthday cake. THE CAKE WAS OLD. He had them write "Happy Birthday". He came back and looked at the cake and Happy Birthday WAS A PIECE OF PLASTIC. AND MY NAME LOOKED LIKE A FREAKING TWO YEAR OLD WROTE IT. My boyfriends mother went back and told them about it very politely and the manager told her that he would've done the same thing. I AM VERY DISGUSTED AND UPSET with this Giant Eagle. We will never get a cake from there again.

This place is very dirty. I've seen the employees behind the counter in the hot food section drop utensils and pick them up and continue using them without washing them. They don't clean out the rotisserie. The hot food is usually cold too. During the Coronavirus outbreak while corporate Giant Eagle was allowing seniors and those with health problems to come in an hour before everyone else, this one didn't do this. It was business as usual. The management of this one doesn't care about anything but stealing your money because they are overpriced too. With this store, it's all about greed.
