Brought in some Treasury checks to deposit, and the branch manager was rude and accused me of forging treasury checks. If you have 1 or more treasury checks to deposit, I suggest you go to a different branch.

The workers are great inside but my god the outdoors ATM is infuriating. First time I used it to withdraw cash (June 2021) it literally ripped my bills in half. Had to go back the next day to exchange for fresh bills.Went there again a few days ago and the machine literally froze and wouldn’t eject my card. Now I’m out of a card for 3-5 business days because of a technical glitch.This machine needs to be serviced if not replaced outright!Edit: happened AGAIN

A day ago(Thursday)Key Bank made an ERROR and duplicated my car payment check, it was withdrawn twice. I talked to customer service and they were aware of the problem and was told they were taking care of it. I called back this afternoon and was told the funds would not but put back into my account until MONDAY!!! I have an automated withdrawal coming out today which will make my account overdrawn and make my payment late! It's good to know KEY will be taking care of the fees incurred, but what about the trouble I have to go through to explain all of this to them. AND THE FACT THAT I WILL HAVE NO MONEY UNTIL MONDAY!!!!!Why can't you refund the money as fast as you take it away???????Will you be paying the interest on the credit cards I will have to use to get through this weekend?????It would not let me post unless I gave 1 STAR

Key bank employees are always competent, friendly and helpful when I visit the branch! Excellent customer service and their drive thru makes banking convenient!

Worst bank ever!! Not necessarily the branch but the bank itself. Been a customer for 3 years and never had these problems when it was First Niagara. And the hours surely do not work for anyone that has a job!!!
