Needed a CPAP and I'm glad I found Monongahela Med Supply after first dealing with UPMC MedCare Equipment Company. Monongahela Supply is much more accessible and quickly had a technician in my home expertly setting up my CPAP just a week after my first phone call to them. Also they don't require constant access to your bank accounts like MedCare does.

I am a little hard of hearing so I had a hard time catching the name of the person I talked to. I did talk to the same person on the 17th and a follow up on the 20th. On the second call she said she didn't have any of my information then after a little bit she remembered and found it. She was very nice and answered all my questions. My third call was went a little like this approximately-Her I dont have anything on you.Me - I talked with either Jane or Jaimie - Her that's me- on 17th for 10 min then 20th for 12 min.Her right I got it now.Me wondering out loud how do I always get lost in the fold.Her well you dont have to buy your machine from here, there are plenty of other Med supply stores... you can even buy it online.Me really that's interesting.. hmm didn't know that.Jane is very miserable and I hope she finds a job that she enjoys.
