I am a new PNC Bank customer and went to Monongahela PNC to make the first deposits for my organization. Only one teller was working and there were about 10 people in front of me. Several of the people got tired of waiting and left before being waited on. While I waited, many people came in after me, and after waiting in line for quite a while, also left. There were two women, I assume some type of managers, that offered people help, but really couldn't do anything to help anyone waiting in line for a teller. I ended up being there for over an hour to make a simple deposit. This was on a Thursday and not a typically busy day or time. When I was finally waited on, I asked the teller if there was a way to use the night deposit drop so I wouldn't have to wait in line so long. She said I could, that I needed to fill out a form, but that she could NOT give me the form. I left very frustrated, along with many other very frustrated customers. I feel that PNC should have more than one teller or train the managers (who were just sitting there doing nothing and chatting- I could hear them) to be able to work a window when needed. If this branch does not improve, I will definitely have to consider moving my organization elsewhere.
