I went to this branch for first time yesterday November 3rd. I do not have her name yet she had no name tag but was the only teller working. When I get her name I will post another review. I went in yesterday to do my banking. She told me the one transaction couldn’t be done due to my husband not being on any accounts here. But it was not that it couldn’t be done it was the disgusting behavior and how rude. She was so loud and gross inviting the customers behind me (who she knew) to start harassing me. Unfortunately Pnc doesn’t have a customer complaint number but I was I’ll find a way to report her. Now because of your disgusting employee at the monongahela pa location you will lose my business and my sons and daughter. Our accounts combined are over 220,000 and I am waiting on a check that is almost 160,000. I know that’s nothing to you guys. But I will not leave my money in a place that employees trash!

I am a new PNC Bank customer and went to Monongahela PNC to make the first deposits for my organization. Only one teller was working and there were about 10 people in front of me. Several of the people got tired of waiting and left before being waited on. While I waited, many people came in after me, and after waiting in line for quite a while, also left.
There were two women, I assume some type of managers, that offered people help, but really couldn't do anything to help anyone waiting in line for a teller.
I ended up being there for over an hour to make a simple deposit. This was on a Thursday and not a typically busy day or time. When I was finally waited on, I asked the teller if there was a way to use the night deposit drop so I wouldn't have to wait in line so long. She said I could, that I needed to fill out a form, but that she could NOT give me the form.
I left very frustrated, along with many other very frustrated customers.
I feel that PNC should have more than one teller or train the managers (who were just sitting there doing nothing and chatting- I could hear them) to be able to work a window when needed.
If this branch does not improve, I will definitely have to consider moving my organization elsewhere.

Another adventure in vehicular banking. On my way home recently I decided to take an alternate route and it brought me through Monongahela. I was looking for a bank that had drive up/thru capabilities and had struck out in the other areas I had just drove through. As soon as I saw the PNC sign I knew that I would have luck there.Pulled into the lot and confused myself a bit, totally my fault there. I ended up figuring out where to go and was on my way.The ATM was all touch screen and I did not need an envelope which made it that much better for me. I was able to deposit my check and I was on my way as quick as I had stopped here.Only real problem here is the lot itself and the proximity it is to the traffic light. You can get stuck in the lot until traffic moves because of the light.

I've had a few fraudulent charges on my account and PNC Bank was great about getting those charges cleared. I was given a new card (5min tops). I do appreciate their help and they're always very friendly. That's important, especially when you have charges on your account that aren't yours. Grade A Bank..

Inconsistent information given from the tellers. Barely anyone up front. Had to stand in line for over a half an hour so one person could deal with the whole line, only to get up front and be told a half dozen different "new policies" that conveniently waste my time. Fed up with poor service and will never waste another penny at this location.

Saw Nicole to help my 17 yr old set up a bank acct. She was so nice and treated my daughter so well. Explained everything in lay terms but didnt talk down to her. She went over everything and made sure we both understood without making us feel d****

Rude to my wife who was trying to OPEN an additional account for our son ( we already have multiple accounts open.) Told we had to make an appointment to open another account and would have to wait until mid November to do so. She was so upset by the interaction and the employee's attitude that we immediate closed our daughter's account and will be taking all of our business to another institution.

I had an issue with fraudulent charges on my bank card and Meghan was amazing. She is very personable and and went out of her way to get the issue corrected. They printed a new card for me in 5 minutes. The bank is in a good location in town, space is always available in the parking lot, the ATM machine is rarely busy.

It's always so busy here. There's constantly a line. There's also a nasty bug infestation around the ATM at all times of the day!

While it has a parking lot that's the only good thing. It has only 1 outside ATM that is slow. If there's a few people here it takes forever. But it does offer drive up service and an inside branch.
