Unfortunately it was sold out online too but my experience with Tatiana was very positive and appreciated.”

“Nice store and friendly staff! A very nice place to go shopping around the area. Lots of stores and some places to eat. The shopping has a lot of variety (toy stores, jewelry, kitchen, clothes, etc). Open later as well so nice variety in hours and availability.”
“Went in today for a couple things , was greeted.As I was walking twords the associates, the younger ones walked away from me , that was rudeThe older woman who helped me out was perfect and got everything I needed , found the right sizes etc.I will be going back but not asking for help from the younger girls , obviously I guess I didn't look the part with long hair tattoos etc and they were judging but I did spend a decent amount and they lost the sale!I would have given 5 Stars but the service was almost perfect.”

Each time, she was able to step in and offer suggestions with color or size.Pleasant and engaging while sharing her information.Overall, the store was neat and tidy with the associates involved in arranging displays and organizing merchandise.Checkout was fast.”

“It's like every other gap outlet, and I don't mean that as a bad thing. They do have some good deals. If you really spend the time you can find good stuff on clearance too but it doesn't usually stay organized. Friendly employees.”
“I don't know why this is 4.2. I visited this store today. I didn't need selling as a customer as all of my jeans are Levi's. However not only did I find what I wanted but John Krasper went way out of his way to find the styles and fits for my wife. It was special for her as she got her first two pairs of Levi's. Thumbs up but special call out to John.”
“Inventory wasn't the greatest but we did find a few good deals as far as clothing and back packs. It was impossible to find shoes they make it hard to find the right sizes.”
“Probably my favorite designer at the crossings. Great jeans and hoodies, not cheap but not expensive with quality that can't be beat. Not many other choices in the crossings for clothes even with 200 stores”

“I love old navy, I will die on this hill. The $8-10 t shirts and tank tops are the only thing I wear anymore to work. Since I'm in a lab, my shirts don't last, however I will say I get especially upset when I've worn a shirt twice and due to no fault of my own (because it didn't come in contact with chemicals) there are multiple holes in the shirt. I am getting so beyond tired of only being able to wear a shirt two or three times before I can no longer wear it in public because there are so many holes in it. The quality both in the regular store and the outlet stores has gone down hill and I think for the price they are charging, it is not worth it for me to only wear it twice. This problem keeps happening, more people keep talking about it and old navy does nothing. My only suggestion is really think about the shirts you are buying, and if you will be ok with having to throw them out or only wear them around the house after two wears.”
