Gave informative information abt a problem with my vehicle during inspection. I received a video explaining what small problem I needed to get fixed. I was given a price quote, my vehicle was vacuumed and washed.

The service was great, but they do not offer loaner cars or wash your car when it is being serviced. I would think that a luxury car dealer would have these services available when a car is being serviced.

Had a great experience. Initially, Was not comfortable how I was responded back to my queries. All response were by the book with limited details. However, when I drove for 215 min , it was a different experience. Got a good details, Eric and TJ was very helpful and supportive. I would have been more grateful if they would have helped me more in numbers. I am glad and happy….I highly recommend their business …
