If I could rate this place as incompetent I would. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I have been to this location 5 times now and every single time they tell me I need another form. I triple confirm every time I leave that if I return with the documents that I I will be good to tag my truck. I show up again and something else is needed not previously mentioned. Absolutely trash. They had to bring someone in from another location to “clean things up.” Not a single person can do their job. Do yourself a favor a drive an hour if you have to. You will save time. ABSOLUTELY TRASH.

Happened to Greg the receptionist as the ladies act like they don't want to help you meanwhile Greg was very attentive and helpful the last time I was here. These ladies don't want to do any basic services...What is going on, AAA?? Bring Greg Back!!

I should have read the most recent reviews before I became entangled with quotes for car insurance and homeowners through this office. I dealt with Darla who strung me along for over 2 weeks with a full page of one scratched out quote after another as every phone call lead to a new change or stipulation to of course....increase the cost. I'm not sure if it was lack of training even though each person at this office reminds you over and over how many "years" they have been in insurance. Or possibly AAA's training to lowball a potential customer to drag them in then hit them hard when its time to sign. I've never experienced anything like it in all my years of holding commercial, business,homeowners and auto. I am a 63 years old woman with good credit, good driving record, almost zero claims and these people seem to want your 1st born child in order to become insured at a reasonable rate. When moving up the food chain to office manager Kylie to complain of the total waste of 2 weeks of phone calls trying to secure insurance, she began to babble on in Greek on AAA's protocol as to what made my initial quote increase to almost double. She has to answer to someone who I found is Terri who did not have the courtesy to return my call request on the whole fiasco. Funny how this same lack of customer service and dealing with fast talking idiots has gotten me a full year compensation for my AAA membership after another group of morons left my family stranded after a road call which was all the result of people not doing their job correctly. Folks...AAA is not the end all anymore for auto memberships or of course insurance. I'll be switching the channel from now on with their nauseating commercials after this experience. It just leaves me flabbergasted on what a unbelievable
bunch I have dealt with for weeks. ?A complete joke.

I had to use my Triple A on Wednesday April 3, 2024 for a flat tire this week. I used the online chat to place my service call. It was easy and a member told me by text a person was notified and they would be on their way within the hour. Needless to say the super nice gentleman was there within a half hour he was very kind and courteous and had my flat tire changed in no time. He wished me a good day and told me to drive slowly on the spare tire until I reached a place that could look at the flat one. So glad I have triple A!!

Unprofessional and rude staff lead by incompetent manager. I still don't have a title or registration, it's been over 3 months, and nobody can tell me why, on the rare occasion they actually answer the phone.
