I went in for a job interview and discussing my experience. I was asked why I didn’t apply for assistant manager and then when I divulged that I’m an Instacart shopper right now because I don’t have a job, the manager said that they hate Instacart shoppers because it makes them go out to curbside. FYI, Instacart shoppers go into the store, shop orders themselves, go to the self check out to ring up our own orders, bag the order ourselves, and then take it to our own car to deliver. So that’s the reason why I didn’t get the job. That’s pretty poor on this store. I was also told if they “liked me enough” I would get the job which I didn’t. I was really excited to work here since I’m always shopping in an Aldi because of Instacart and I know the store very well. Poor experience at this store.

I purchased avocados from this location, and within a few days, they turned into rock-hard objects. Unfortunately, the produce at Aldi often seems to be of subpar quality, usually under-ripened, rotten, or on the verge of spoiling.

We love ALDIs. We shop first at our local farm market (@Kistacos), then split what’s left between Giant Eagle and ALDI.

Prices are definitely better than (for example) Giant Eagle for comparable products (e.g., chicken thighs being something like 40% less). However, the range of products is pretty limited (e.g., dried spices didn't include things like garlic powder, very limited produce, etc.).I'll go back for meats, but will definitely have to complete my shopping elsewhere on most occasions.

Employees have a tendency to be rude. However the products are pretty good and responsibly priced.
