I went to this store yesterday. The representative name was Mike. He told me he could help me as my money was low. He found me a phone I went back to where I'm staying to get the old phone so he take the old sim card out and put it in the new phone even tho i didnt ask him to do this. After leaving with my SIM card for about 20 minutes he told me he could not put the SIM card in any other phone. He should have known that before he went back with the SIM card. I left and I went to get another phone from another place the sim was never put back I believe he committed SIM card fraud. This needs to be looked at he needs to be watched very closely. I will hire an attorney while watching all of my petsonal information!

Mike was great. He approached me as soon as I came in the door. He remembered talking to my mom on the phone which was nice because I didn’t have to go into much detail as to what I needed. He was knowledgeable and helped me get a better deal with there current promotions then I intended when first coming in. He got me in and out happily.

Incompetent and extremely rude. Instructed by another store what to do regarding family plan out of state swap, account holder on phone and got denied ability to move my device to the plan I am an authorized user. Account holder told me to go back to the store as close and we'll get this resolved after him dealing with work. I went back only to be interrupted after two sentences then interrupted a second time in 10 seconds by extremely rude black female and then had to say shut up so I could tell her to speak to account holder on phone... She walked off and handed me a card. I asked for her name and she would not even give a first name. Worst experience ever. AT&T holds up to all the true rumors of absolutely terrible service. This swap should of taken 10 minutes. Wasted over an hour. Called Decatur Texas Store where account was open and I was on the phone. Told him everything and he is super stunned on how things were done WRONG by first man I worked with and then how I was treated on by the second on return to just get this done. Now I have to wait 5 to 7 days for a sim card to be mailed to me. Not sure I want to be on the family plan with a hideous experience of today.
