“They did an outstanding job. They came to my house and did the work right in front of the house. I had some nasty food stains on my cloth seats that I could never get out. After they detailed my car the stains are gone and the car looks like it just rolled off the show room floor. The paint looks brand new and is as smooth as glass. The level of quality of the work they put into your car is off the chart. I couldn’t be happier. Well worth the wait and worth every dollar. Of course as soon as they were done with the car it started to rain, but it just rolled off. I am going to schedule my other car ASAP.”

“Signed up for a basic cleaning on the website, came in based on reviews and location. Was surprised to find this was a one man operation.Brandon was professional, thorough, and transparent. I called him to discuss pricing for my vehicle, my needs, and availability. I showed up, he did the work as described on the site taking out the mats for cleaning, vacuuming the interior, and cleaning down all surfaces.The photos of the work speak for itself, I paid what I was quoted over the phone, and was on my way out within an hour of him starting work. Would gladly go to him again for future work.”

“I highly recommend Ballou Auto Spa for all your car detailing needs. Quentin, the owner, is super nice, extremely talented, and detail oriented. My car was a complete mess when I took it to him, but he worked his magic, and it looks better now than it has in years! The crumbs and dirt are gone, and my car literally sparkles. I couldn't be more thrilled. Quentin knocked it out of the park! Also, I have bad allergies, and I'm sensitive to the scent of some cleaning products. Quentin was kind enough to show me all the cleaning products he uses in advance, and I checked to make sure none of them bothered me--and they were all fine. Ballou Auto Spa offers excellent customer service, on top of providing an outstanding service. I will definitely be going back. Thanks, Quentin! My car looks amazing. P.S. (bumper replacement) Whilst I did have to wait about a week for a replacement part for my bumper to come in they were extremely patient and professional with my calls to check in on the progress of repairs.Upon getting my car back it looks brand new, even seems the staff took it upon themselves to detail the inside of my car after completing their work, all around professionals. I called Linda at Fort Pitt Classic cars, she listened to my problem and referred me to Tim, the service manager, he told me to bring in my 1966 Mustang for them to look at the problem. When I got there Ron, the owner, met me to discuss what was wrong. The next thing I knew, my car was up on a rack and the problem was fixed. Fort Pitt Classic Cars is a class act.
