“This review is very overdue but doesn’t change the fact that I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, expertise, quality of work, and friendly staff at Fixed Right Automotive.
A couple months ago, my boyfriend and I were in town from NYC, visiting family, and were driving on the parkway when we hit an unavoidable piece of metal debris that essentially shredded the undercarriage of our 2016 Corolla from front to back. The car was completely out of commission. We needed to be towed, looked up a couple AAA-approved garages nearby, others said it would take days to fit us in, but Fixed Right immediately said bring it in, we got you. By the very next morning, Fixed Right was working lock step with our insurance company to determine the scope of damage (over $8k - eek!) and started repairs right away. The damage was extensive but they finished it in about a week. I was beyond impressed. We could not have asked for a smoother, more efficient process to get our car back in action after such a jarring experience. The Corolla has been driving since like nothing ever happened - in fact, we’re about to make the 6 hour drive back to Pittsburgh for Thanksgiving and could not be more thankful and appreciative for Fixed Right Automotive! If we lived local, they would be our go-to mechanic without question, we give them our highest recommendation!!”

“I have just purchased my 3rd Infiniti from Cochran. In addition, over the past 4 years I purchased a Nissan and Toyota from their dealership(s). Cochran has always treated me fairly on price and service. In fact., I have been purchasing new cars for decades and can say without reservation that Cochran is the best dealership I have dealt with. They have always surprised me on the upside.”
“Staff was great, manager was great, service was great but let's talk about pricing. At my inspection I needed front wiper blades and a battery. Total cost was a couple dollars under $500 . The main cost was labor I was told . You had a 4 foot tall sign on your front window that said free battery installation on most vehicles. I understand that some batteries are in difficult places and take some labor but mine was right on top and only takes 5 minutes . So I left and went to Advance Auto. Wipers and battery installed in 10 minutes and cost out the door was $267 as compared to $490. I have been coming here for years but if this continues to be policy and pricing I will be looking elsewhere.”
