Monroeville store employees were all very nice and helpful… except the manager. She was not helpful, rude and made the experience poor.

Ok so since they wanted to delete my post I’m going to post it again this location is rude and disrespectful they need to educate their employees on how to respect everyone just because I’m a POC doesn’t mean that I should be treated less than. The cashier that I had was rude and disrespectful and kept rushing me didn’t ask me if I wanted to put in my phone number or use coupons she was very disrespectful she is the older woman with blonde hair

this monroeville mall bath and body works store employees are rude. i went there to make some christmas item(i bought them from SAS middle of june .but i could not stand some christmas items scent so i went there and tried to exchange. the employee did not let me exchange because my items was on sale price so she told me i have to find the items which are on sale . all i knows is all items can be exchange no matter sale price or not. fragrance to fragrance lotion to lotion shower gel to shower gel all customers can exchange. BBW frequently have sale events like $5:95 for body cares so then i bought this on that day and the next day sale events end and tried to exchange the price will goes up regular price . so they will tell me i bought it for $5.95 and do i need to wait next sale event to get exchange ????? worse customer service ever and never easy to get exchange light items mist to mist lotion to lotion they rude and they dont let customer exchange easily. also whenever shop there the employee look non-stop to customer not to give service just to look if someone steal or not. so annoying . i wont shop this location again never ever. they treat customers(me) like a trash and not like other location .alots of locations have great service and very easy to exchange all light items no matter sale price or regular price can still exchange mist to mist ... i will report BBW customer care center about this place soon. how they treat customer like a trash and never easy exchange all light items . I wont shop this monroeville mall BBW again !
