The ease of scheduling an appointment, plus the variety of times for appointments made it worth it. Also, my tax specialist (Walter J.) went out of his way to explain everything to me in a way that I would understand. He never got frustrated when I asked (somewhat) silly questions and spent as much time as I needed answering those questions. The receptionist was also extremely professional and kind from the moment I called with several questions, to the moment I left after paying. Highly recommend Walter J. as he was welcoming, positive and extremely helpful!

Very dispointed with the service of Walter Jack. He never reply to our messages, we need our taxes for a specific date and they did not take care. I decied to use other company. He said that he will going to have my taxes in 4 days and took almost 4 weeks and then I decied to hire other company. I do not recomend them.

My taxes have gotten easier to do so I might next year try to do myself and save money... maybe. But I have great service at my location. I've had the same person do my taxes for 4 years now and it's a speedier process when it's the same every year and he knows me.
