My experience here wasn't terrible, but could have been better.
I made an appointment for insurance to look at the damage. Whoever I talked to was did not usually work on the front desk and was just filling in that day. Well, when I walked in I was told I didn’t have an appointment because whoever I spoke to failed to actually put me on the schedule. Thankfully, Nancy was very helpful and advocated for me and got me seen that day. But it shouldn’t have come to that seeing as I made an appointment.
The rental car situation was also a bit frustrating. I called ahead of time and explained that I wanted a small car and they assured me they would have a small car for me. Well, I get there and all they had was large SUVs. Thankfully, Aliana was very understanding and reached out to the airport location and was able to get me something smaller. It’s just frustrating that I once again did something in advance to try and make my experience easier and it ended up doing nothing.
The repair itself looks fine however it took a very long time considering the damage was 100% cosmetic, nothing mechanical at all. Cracked headlight cover and front bumper. I brought in my car on December 29th and service wasn't completed until January 14th. My car was originally supposed to be done on January 8th but the front bumper apparently got delayed in transit so it arrived on January 7th. I expected it to be delayed a day or two so they could paint and attach it. Well, they had to send it to be repainted because apparently the painters forgot part of it. They were still reassembling my car on January 13th. I appreciate that they did communicate and explain what was going on but it simply should not have taken this long.
I am very glad my repair looks good and am very thankful to the staff who were helpful.

I love this shop! Anytime I’m in an accident. This is where I take my vehicle and I am always satisfied with the work and the results the ease of transferring into a rental and out of a rental is also great. Highly recommended!

Took our 2024 Mazda Cx-5 for repairs after being hit in the rear in June. Now it is December and it’s still not fixed correctly. First the lift gate wouldn’t shut now it leaks water all through my cargo everytime it rains/ snow. we are being passed back and forth between the collision shop and parts department at Cochran Mazda. All I want is my vehicle to be fixed!

We recent had the front bumper fixed on our car at Body by Cochran and the entire experience was very good! The staff was extremely helpful during the whole process! Kristina provided us with updates the whole time and we even got our car back earlier than anticipated!! Plus its back to looks new again!!

My car looks just like it did when it came out of the showroom 2.5 years ago. The staff was exceptional in communicating with me throughout the process. They are very well organized, customer oriented and great at what they do!

Vehicle was returned in its original condition prior to the damage. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. Only irritating part was the wait for parts, but that was not their fault as it was the manufacturer’s.

my car was very badly damaged from a deer accident, and when I got my car back it looked brand new, like nothing ever happened. They vaccumed it out and washed it, which I did not even expect! Everyone was so nice and accomodating. I felt like I was taken care of and taken advantage of. I was so upset about my car accident but they put my mind at ease, kept me informed the whole time, and I could not have been happier with my experience!
