“If you’re looking for a one on one bridal experience that doesn’t treat you like a number in the deli-section, I HIGHLY recommend MarWin! I have had such a great experience with them. Jamie is very kind, professional, helpful, and very easy to talk to. I went into the appointment anxious and very indecisive. It was helpful that the selection wasn’t overwhelmingly filled with a warehouse of dresses. It was just enough to find a size range, style, and frame to suit your desired look. Both consultants working were very patient and knowledgeable too, which helped the process immensely. Once I found a few dresses that I fell in love with, they told me the delivery dates would be around 4 months. Following my appointment, I went to another local bridal shop where I felt very much like a number and lost in the various rooms filled with dresses. It was a very different and overwhelming experience. They estimated the dresses coming in 5 months which would not give me any time for alterations. I didn’t leave either place buying a dress but could not stop thinking about the one specific dress I tried on at MarWin. So it was the marWinner (pun intended). The dress was even delivered a month and a half sooner than anticipated which was a plus. I am currently having my alterations done through MarWin and that experience has been on par with everything I’ve experienced thus far. I am so thankful for this shop for creating a wonderful bridal shopping experience. I would recommend them to anyone. ❤️”

“I had a fantastic experience at BHLDN. I had a very tight turnaround time for a dress, and Danielle made the process as painless as possible for me. She was checking stock as I was browsing the racks to let me know what I could or couldn’t get on time. She never made me feel pressured, but was encouraging during all the try ons. When I found one that I liked and she took my measurements, I was hesitant about the size she suggested I order. I ordered it anyway and Danielle was kind enough to upgrade the shipping time for me so I’d have the dress within enough time for my event. In the meantime, I called later in the day with a question about a sample I had tried on. Emma answered the phone. I don’t remember interacting with Emma while I was there, but she knew who I was immediately and could answer my question on the spot which I greatly appreciate. Dress arrived within 2 days, and I took it straight to my alterations person for a try on. To my surprise, Danielle was 110% accurate with her size suggestion and all the dress needed was a hem. I am very grateful to her and the BHLDN team for making this choice one of the easiest I’ve had during this process.”
