****Edit I received a call and email from Ctg customer service assuring me that the issue with my drawer was the result of a manufacturing error. Customer service quickly offered a replacement drawer to be shipped to my home free of charge. It arrived less than one week after the initial issue and I am completely satisfied with their efforts.**** I had a good customer service experience particularly with Isaiah, and the products we received have been quality. Unfortunately one drawer side had an error in the formation of a dovetail. It was not visible while I was building the cabinet but when I began to piece the drawer together I realized that it was cracked. This is one dovetail, on one side of one drawer out of 20 plus drawers. Almost 15k worth of cupboards, drawers and countertop, and their claims department won't send me one single drawer side for replacement. This experience went from a pleasant surprise to do not recommend with one poor business decision. Buyer beware, if you're not in a position to open every box and examine every piece upon receipt Cabinets To Go won't stand by their quality assurance.

My experience was painless. The designer was most helpful and advised me of an up coming sale so I could save some money. We communicated by phone and email and I completed the sale within 2 weeks. The delivery men were also very professional. It’s almost done and looking as I envisioned.

Kit was our designer and she was AMAZING to work with. She asked questions and made suggestions about things that hadn’t even crossed our minds. She followed up and communicated when she said she would. Scott, our cabinet installer was WONDERFUL! He was professional, friendly and meticulous when it came to installation. We could not be happier with him and the job he did!
The only reason for the 3 stars is the company they used for countertops. ARMINA STONE WAS TERRIBLE!!!! No communication, didn’t show up when they were supposed to, duplicate trips pick a slab because they gave ours away. Installation was ok when it happened, but no paying customer should have to make a dozen phone calls to hold a company accountable for what they are supposed to do! We lost work time multiple times due to their incompetence.
I cannot recommend CTG enough, but ask if they are using Armina for your counters. If so, get your counters elsewhere!
