It was almost closing time, but my food wasn't the best. My fries was okay, but that small pizza for 16.50 that wasn't all the way done, had me a little upset ? (doughy pizza) cheese not all the way melted, I was highly disappointed.

I stood there for 5 minutes while 5 or more workers studiously avoided making eye contact. Fine, you don't want my business, I'll leave.

The women working at this place are completely rude and disrespectful. I ordered food for pickup and I stood at the register for 15 minutes while multiple people were getting pickup as well right in front of me as if I wasn’t standing there waiting before all of them. I was completely ignored and all the workers walked right past me and rolled their eyes. I couldn’t believe what was happening. I then had to walk to the back of the line and stand there for another 10 minutes until I got back to the register for the 2nd time now and the women working harassed me and made me show my order on my phone like I was trying to steal someone’s order or something. I will NEVER order nor enter Caliente’s again. You just lost a loyal customer due to your horrible management and workers with a serious attitude problem. Fix your petty disrespectful workers and I might consider giving you my business again. If you don’t know how to treat people right then maybe you shouldn’t be working at a people / family oriented place like Caliente’s. Seriously get it together.

Great pizza and a good selection of beers. Caliente has the best vegan pizza in the area, so I definitely suggest that. The bar area is cool with the memorabilia on the walls, and the staff were all friendly and timely. A great place to go during a Pittsburgh sports game or even just a Friday night out.

Eaten Caliente's three times in the last few months, two dine in and one takeout.Food is amazing. The menu is so unique in a good way. I swear they make the tater tots from scratch. We get a specialty pizza called Late Night Yinzer on pan crust. It's the reason we've eaten there three times because you can't get anything like it anywhere else (that I know of). The first two times it was so good you couldn't even put it into words because you were just stuffing your face. We've also had cheese bread and bread sticks that were both decent but not life changing.Be careful when you go. We were dumb and went on a Friday night a few weeks ago, and there weren't any parking spots because the lot is quite small, but you can park at the bowling alley and walk over. The dough for our pan pizza was slightly undercooked, but it was busy, and we still ate it and didn't complain.I gave it four stars because of the price. Definitely pay attention to the daily specials. They're actually really good specials that make the prices much better as long as you dine in. For example an XL specialty pizza is usually $25-31 but they're $22 all day every Saturday. On any other day though it's a lot especially when I think a lot of people are used to being able to buy cheap pizza around Pittsburgh. I know it's not comparable quality at all, just something that you have to wrap your head around when you spend $31 on one pizza. We will go back occasionally, but we would go back much more often if it was less expensive.Wheelchair accessibility: Visited on crutches. I am quite sure there was a small step up to get in the door which I think would be okay. However the bathrooms were SUPER tight. I don't think you could get a wheelchair in there.

The place to be!This was our first time visiting this location, actually any of the Caliente Pizza and Draft House locations. We were seated immediately. What a cool restaurant!Design wise, it just really look like the happening place! The bar is set in the center of the restaurant on the left with really cool lighting above it. A mirror behind and on the sides of the restaurant make the restaurant appear to be much larger which give you a feel of not being cramped. We sat on a stool table just out from the bar. Everything you need is located on the table including their own hot sauce that definitely has a kick! The server was for the most part attentive, but it was very busy that night. My only complaint was that I had ordered fries and was asked if I wanted cheese or ranch to which I responded ranch, but then got charged on the bill for it. I feel if your offered something as though it automatically comes on it, one of the other, that it should be covered. In a brighter note, I will say the ranch was absolutely amazing! We found out that this pizza is the official pizza of the Pittsburgh Penguins! We also found out that these pizzas have one numerous awards, which is very impressive!I love that they named the pizzas after movie titles and other more personal things. We ordered the “Big Fat Greek Wedding” this time. They even have a Pizza called Meemaw Pizza, which is my mother’s name that her grandchildren call her ?The restrooms are located in a box in the center of the restaurant . I thought there was some kind of significance, but there wasn’t. Might have been from the restaurant housed there before this one. This was definitely a great addition to my husband and my date night. We are very excited to come back and try some of the other pizzas!Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and seating.Good for kids with high chairs and kids menus.Offers dine in, delivery and takeout.Vegetarian options: There are meals that are good vegetarian options.Parking: There is parking on site, but it tends to get very crowded. Use caution when pulling in and pulling out.Kid-friendliness: Is kid friendly with high chairs and a kids menu offered.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair, accessible entrance, parking and seating. There is no wheelchair accessibility to the restrooms.

Honestly, this is by far the best pizza and wings I’ve had! We had the White Pizza and Mild wings. Price was very fair and our server, Larissa was AMAZINGLY polite and attentive. Definitely deserves top ratings. This was our first time here!
