My Business credit card has had fraudulent charges at least 4 times, requiring a new card each time, which can take a minimum of 10 business days. I was transferred to the Fraud department, which was of no help. I have been with citizens for over 25 years, but after confirming my id, they refused to send me a replacement. I would have to drive to a branch and show my driver's license. I have never had to do this in past fraud cases. By all means, AVOID Citizens bank. Their security is the worst of all banks and slow to investigate fraud. Just today received my statement that had $880 and $781 in fraudulent charges on Priceline. I have NEVER used Priceline. Now I will have to wait for who knows how long until the scam charges are removed from my account. Citizens is the worst!
