I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Cochran Automotive. The sales process is straightforward. Cochran knocks something off the sticker price. That way, there’s no haggling. You know the price you will get when you walk in. But once you make the purchase decision, it goes downhill from there.If you are a business owner or professional where time and details are critical, Cochran will screw up everything. Be ready. I told them they were using the wrong address on my paperwork. They never changed it. They used an old address where I don’t receive mail. I went back the following week to make sure my address was changed. I was told the address was changed to my home address. They never did it. I never received my registration. I had to go to AAA. Cochran used the wrong address. I never received the first bill for the vehicle. I didn’t even know about it until I received a call from the finance company. Cochran used the wrong address.The vehicle was delivered with a passenger mirror that shakes. Tape was still inside the vehicle. the automatic trunk opening doesn’t work. I purchased additional warranties, but Cochran never provided a printout of the maintenance intervals and everything that is included as set forth on the document I was presented.The only Infiniti service is offered in Monroeville. Not to worry according to Cochran. They will pick up your car no matter where you live. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment. I made a service appointment for August 9, 2023. I was called on August 8 and again on the morning of August 9 to confirm my appointment. Then at 3:30pm, the day before the appointment, I received a call saying there are no loaner vehicles available. When I said I waited two weeks for this appointment, I was told, “you’re not the only call I have to make.” The next appointment – almost three weeks away which is five weeks from my first call.Cochran gave me a specific pickup time. Now, they said I will receive a call in the morning. How can a person do business or set a schedule if they don’t know what time the vehicle will be picked up? I asked about the this before buying the vehicle. This is not what I was told during the purchase process.Infiniti is not a great vehicle. I was told by Cochran they only sell 30 per month. There’s a reason. Buy another vehicle.You can take the price offered on any Cochran vehicle to any dealership in western Pennsylvania. They will match it. The purchase and service process can’t be worse. I have experienced nothing like this when purchasing a vehicle. You are far better going to another dealer than wasting valuable time dealing with the ineptitude and inefficiency at Cochran Automotive.

I bought a used Acura MDX on 2/2/2023 and had the worse experience ever. The finance and business manager (Mr Taylor Brown) was not an honest man. He tried to take advantage of me financially when he prepared the bill-of-sale and sold the extended warranty.In addition, the sales consultant (Julia DAWKINS-HALKO) never returned my call and email after the sale after several attempts once I discovered discrepancies. I got so angry since the dealer brushed off my complaint, I returned the MDX back to Cochran.
