Poor customer service- employee’s wasn’t even interested in discussing phone upgrade details/options even when I walked in their their were “zero “ customers present in store at approx 1:30 pm.
I wish we didn’t have a active family plan with them….will be looking for other options soon.

I was there about two months ago and I have been wanting to give kudos to the beautiful and bright young girl who waited on me! I arrived first thing on a Friday morning and two girls greeted me, and wish I could remember their names.
I do remember she was a PH cheerleader. She accommodated me with what I was looking for and set my phone up. Since that is sort of a time-consuming process, we spent the time chatting, and she was very pleasant!

RECENT UPDATE: On Sunday, February 9th, 2035, at approximately 12:50 PM, I visited the cricket store, which was advertised as open online and had a sign on the front door indicating Sunday hours from 11 AM to 4 PM. However, the store was closed. The door was locked, and my calls went unanswered. Rather than receiving the usual generic reply to my complaint, I would appreciate it if you could genuinely address the issue as you promised in your previous response.
We came here on a Saturday, maybe 20 minutes after we called the store and confirmed via a female Cricket employee that they did in fact carry a a phone case we needed. We stopped in at 1:39 on Saturday December 29th, and the door was locked and no one was inside. Tried calling the store again and there was no answer. No answering machine explaining why the store was closed either, just like there was no warning from the Cricket employee we talked to that the store would be closed soon. We just wasted gas and valuable time for this senseless trip… THANKS GUYS!!!

Terrible service. Avoid store at all costs, go to a store where they care about their customers.Has no motivation to help customers.

Had great customer service and support from Katelyn I bought 2 phones paid bill and got showed how to use and helped me set up my new phones Great employees and service will be back ! Thank you
