Pharm tech attending consultation counter was openly rude and condescending when inquired about specific product availability. It was unexpected and unwarranted. I’m sincerely confused why someone who is so comfortable being coarse and rude publicly would want or be able to work service to the public. I have no interest in causing scenes over someone’s lack of tact or knowledge, so I of course walked away from that, but a random stranger doesn’t deserve to be spoken down to for a simple question, especially in the context that you handle questions as part of your day-to-day and are in turn compensated. I’m sure everyone is busy and perhaps stressed, but that’s a fundamental failure in conduct for anyone.

Every other time I'm in there, which is several times a week, there is drama of some sort at the checkout area. Customer service is non existent! We're done here!

I am completely disgusted with healthcare if I'm being honest. I work in the medical field and I understand insurances can be difficult but we ALWAYS look up an insurance and VERIFY that we are IN NETWORK prior to performing any testing... they told me that my vaccines were free but must not have actually verified first because I was indeed out of network and am now responsible for the whole bill. Had I gone to my PCP it would have been free for me but that was never relayed to me. Customer service was no help. They told me that because the service was already rendered I am now responsible for payment. The only reason the service was performed in the first place was because I was told by THEIR STAFF that it was covered. Very unprofessional. I will not be back.

SLOW!!! Slower than slow. My doctor sent over a prescription for steroid cream. I went to pick it up, and they told me ten minutes. Came back a half hour later, and they told me it would be a half hour. Came back 24 hours later, and they told me it would be a half hour. Absolutely disorganized, and poorly run. I am never having prescription filled here again.

Be careful about what you buy during this time (Covid19). I was told at the register that CVS currently has a NO RETURN policy. They said that once this is lifted, CVS will once again accept returns. I bought a $25 bottle of vitamins and once I got home and removed the lid, I discovered the seal was removed. Some little halfwit helped themselves to a few and then put the bottle back on the shelf. With the pandemic, I can understand not being able to return things that may go back to the shelf. But in this case, an open bottle would go right in the trash. I didn't even want my money back. I just wanted to exchange the bottle for one that hadn't been tampered with. I plan to follow up with the BBB and the State Attorney Generals office.
