They supply a specialty prescription that I can't get at local pharmacies. They track my prescription and notify me when refill date is near. They ship it to arrive in good time.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. They treated me like I was a second class citizen, most likely in part due to the stigma with the medication I was being treated with. It took TWELVE PHONE CALLS TO GET IT RIGHT, of having to literally tell them what needed to be done in order to accomplish the task. My medication was kicked out and cancelled twice due to " system issues" or them supposedly not getting an answer at my Dr. Office which they used the wrong prompt to get a confirmation and it took me again directing them to actually take control of the situation and think to themselves maybe I could be a decent person and try again. Nope just treat them like a number and next!

Most incompetent, unreliable cluster Eff of a pharmacy! They will let you die! The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. They set up deliveries for your medication that never get delivered! They make mistakes with quantity and bill your insurance for more than they give you! What a mess! Life ruining pharmacy! Class action lawsuit!

Clueless, called me and said waiting on prescription from local cvs, when I followed up, they left in limbo, said I needed to call to have it filled, then it would ship eventually. I informed them the doctor already called it in to get filled, why are they waiting on me to tell them what to do?

This place is a joke! Hung up on 3 different times and 2 days waisted! Nothing was answered at all. "Supervisors will hang up on you!" This company is the reason so many sick people would rather just die!!

I just switched to using the home delivery from this pharmacy due to insurance change. I wish I could go back to using my local specialty pharmacy, because this place is already awful. My first interaction, they gave me a phone number to call and get a new co-pay card which my other pharmacy never asked me to do. I verified the number twice with them before calling, but when I called, it was a scammer posing as the copay company and asked for a credit card. Thankfully I knew better and hung up on them, then I Googled and got the correct number. Since then, I've only had 2 deliveries and they've been late both times, putting me off schedule for my injections. They're absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs.

Worst Pharmacy to deal with, no training of employees, no customer service, told a different story every time from every level of customer service, don’t read notes in the system that tells them what they need to do there job, in 3 years of having to use them i can think of maybe one time i didn’t have a issue with my prescription, promised returned phone calls back from supervisor 3 times to no returns calls this week alone, some how deleted my insurance information after my order was placed. Guess if you line insurance companies pockets you can keep their business other wise i have NO idea how they are still in business when you are forced to have to use them!!!!!

CVS recently took over management of delivery of a specialty medication, and there. Have been several delays, redundancies, and cost changes. I have experienced this witht hem before. They're frustrating to deal with.

Uses call center to answer calls. Customer service reps have no medical training or experience and willfully and knowing delay patients receipt of their medications. Had to threaten to seek legal counsel when the kept denying my request to speak to a pharmacist. Once I was transferred to pharmacist I found that the reps were lying as to why my RX was not being filled.Issues with pharmacists cancelling RX without consulting patient or Dr. At no point did any pharmacist at this pharmacy take the time to reach out to me or my DR to see why 2 RX for same type drug (price comparison). They just cancelled one and filled the other. Just picked what they think I should take. Even though I Called CVS Speciality Pharmacy (call center) and told them I was price comparing. Pharmacists have no access to call center documentation so when you call in with questions or concerns about your RX its not getting to pharmacy. Took 7 weeks to get my RX so I won't fracture my spine. Worst part no choice have to use for insurance purposes so I have to continue to use them. Just letting those of you know if you have a choice don't use any CVS Pharmacy anywhere in the country. I'm sure there's some legal loophole they are using to use a call center but that doesn't make it right or ethical. So ladies and gents if you want to get your RX in a timely fashion demand to speak to the pharmacist or you will seek legal counsel, Remember all calls recorded so they know if they can't deny your request. Rash but effective. Got my meds today.

Please look at reviews:They make profits off “keeping doctors in check”, their own words , by not filling our prescriptions. This is insane . They have refused my brothers eye drop that brought him from near blindness to improved vision as soon as they started “managing the benefits” of his insurance .They state it is not medically necessary despite never meeting nor examining nor reading his doctors notes . The 75 questions on a form was not completed by his doctor despite all necessary exam notes and labs and recommendations From his board-certified ophthalmologist yet they denied the medication. These pharmacy benefit managers will continue to destroy healthcare in America until we find a way to stop it. Please let me know if there’s any government agency to submit complaints

Please note this review is for the mail order /home delivery not a physical walk-in pharmacy. A rating of 1 star is being generous as they have to be one of the worst! Their billing department specializes in: Incompetence. Lack of Integrity, And inability to keep their word! The people that take your prescription order are very kind but they must lack in training for the repeated mistakes made. I had ongoing issues with trying to obtain a receipt for a very expensive medication and was told I would receive a faxed receipt by end of a day and nothing! My request to receive a fax was placed priority which means absolutely nothing to them! Five days later still no faxed receipt! Supervisors don’t keep their word with follow up calls as they stated they would make. Apologies made but problem persists and instead of rectifying the problem they allow it to continue. I’m very dissatisfied with their service and insurance companies should give their clients a choice in who to use. I would never choose to use CVS SPECIALITY they provide very poor customer billing support!!

The company has NO STANDARD OPERATING PROCEEDURE for a prescription lost in transit. It took four frustrating phone calls of >45 minutes each to get a replacement that would require hospitalization if not received. To make matters worse, they attempted to bill for both the lost Rx and the replacement. Four more phone calls of >45 minutes and an explanatory letter over the course of three months finally got the billing corrected. Find yourself another specialty pharmacy.
