The worst!!!
My 8 year and 5 year old kids could do a better job.
The harassment, Passive, aggressive, narcissistic personalities there are tip top!
Always trying to tell me my medication is not on file..
News flash my illness is never going away u til I’m dead. So ya you should have this medication, then telling me I am wrong about my medication as well.
There are a few and I do mean a few people that work there seem to be okay.. but that doesn’t tip the scales because the ignorance is too much!
You all need to take a chill pill and calm down!
Unreal and the rite aid across the street ain’t no better!!!
Get it together people and give the medication that we need with less pissyness!!!

Worst pharmacy ever. They absolutely refuse to answer the phone in person - called for 2 days to get answers, had to drive there in person to find out my prescription was not filled. Closed drive through - just because! 5 employees in the pharmacy took 8 hours to fill my prescription that was supposed to be expedited. Lazy rude employees. Will never shop here again! Go team CVS!

On the road, passing through from Colorado, got a script sent to this pharmacy in Pennsylvania from an urgent care in Illinois. Anticipating trouble and delays, but they processed it, put in the insurance information, filled it, and had us on our way in about 30 minutes. Only gave four since I've just filled the one prescription there, but they rocked it.

I rarely leave a bad review, however, I have to say that the Golden Mile Hwy, Monroeville, PA, CVS location is the worse store I have ever dealt with. They screw up prescriptions. They send out e-mails saying that you have two days more to pick up store orders, then cancel them before the end of the day they say they say you have to pick it up. Don't even expect to have a smooth time ordering online, because they are constantly out of stock on items in this location. I would say that 50% of items I want to order on any given order are out of stock at this store. Oh, and I just called the store to ask about an order that was canceled and got total attitude from the person who answered the phone. I can say, having worked at Walgreens, that if anyone at the Murrysville Walgreen's store had talked to a customer the way I was just spoken to, with total indifference and attitude, they would not have worked another day in that store.

Pharmacists (and sometimes techs) are rude and rush you, interrupting before you finish speaking and showing no concern over whether your medicine will be delivered on time nor offering any solutions. Staff gives contradicting information on how and when to request refills, and the call tree is terrible. The staff will make you feel not like a patient, not even a customer, but an inconvenience that is interfering with their very important work. Which I had mistakenly thought would be preparing prescriptions on time and assisting patients.

I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews (my one friend managed a CVS for years so I feel for retail ppl), but these ppl are awful. I hate stopping here and every visit is unpleasant. I need to drive further and avoid them. Please be kind, I recall what its like in that job and know it can be awful, but don’t take your hate out on other ppl.

This pharmacy is always so rude. Nothing is ready when they say it will be.There are so many reviews about how rude and disrespectful the pharmacy staff is and nothing is changed the management obviously doesn’t care

Went to get a COVID booster and the staff was great. The pharmacist was prompt, pleasant and helpful and the rest of the cashiers were very cheery as well.
