I had a great experience at David’s Alteration Department for bridesmaid dress alterations. I was able to easily schedule an appt and meet with the team who made recommendations and completed the alterations in a very timely manner. Looking forward to bringing my wedding dress back to this location for alterations in a few months!

5 Stars, 5 stars, 5 stars! The day before my wedding, I foolishly failed to pick up my dress from the dry cleaners before they closed! Here I am in my soon to be sister’s home getting my make up done in a panic. I called my mom and frantically tried to come to a new option. She sent me a dress from David’s Bridal but I disregarded it as I thought I had to make an appointment to shop there. I then decided to call and clarify if I needed to make an appointment to shop. I spoke with Melissa and gave her my sob story. She confirmed with management to make an exception for me to come in. I erratically drove there and was met with such kindness and understanding. Chloe was my stylist and helped me ultimately find the perfect dress far more beautiful than the dress I had previously gotten. This dress was on clearance, did not require steaming and fit perfectly. Wearing the dress, I finally felt like a bride and even was able to pair it with its jewelry to take it up a notch. I am forever grateful to the David’s Bridal staff for their flexibility, kindness and compassion in my time of distress. I can finally be at peace in anticipation of the big day tomorrow. Thank you, thank you, thank you! My whole experience took less than 1hour ?

This morning we took my cousin to find a bridesmaid dress for my wedding, and let me just say, Tanya was absolutely amazing! She was covering in the Monroeville location today and we were so fortunate we came this morning. She was extremely helpful, helping finding the correct sizes and styles, and going out of her way to help my cousin find the one. We were able to find the perfect dress for my cousin, and will also come in plenty time before the wedding!

Dorothy and her colleagues at David’s Bridal in Monroeville were so friendly. Dorothy smiles and had the warmest demeanor, which is important in an intimate moment of trying on a gorgeous wedding dress. Dorothy and everyone at David’s Bridal seemed relaxed and all were pleasant. Dorothy never made me feel rushed me with my wedding dress alterations. Picking up my dress when complete was so satisfying! I never thought I’d see anything so beautiful. And without the alterations, it wouldn’t have fit at the length needed and desired. It fits like a glove now! Thank you for the positive experience.
