Place is so bad I actually have to redo this negative review I did. I was there a few years ago and I was interested in buying a car. I get in there and there were 3 sales guys on their phones not even looking at me. Are they allergic to money? I’ve been in sales for years I would have been fired on the spot. I then came in another time because my key faub was broken. It took me multiple times to try and get ahold of someone and everyone was extremely rude. What makes me angry the most is an arrogant representative called me and asked about my review and he said “I can’t speak on what happened years ago”. Pretty much that told me they don’t care about customer service. Don’t go here! Shultz ford is a much better place with much better service and staff.

I went into #1 Cochran Ford Monroeville on 12/11 to purchase a backup vehicle. I found a 2017 Ford Escape with low mileage (51500). I did wait a little while to sign papers, but that's the way things go.
On 12/21/25,I was driving home from the grocery store 2 miles from home and engine overheated. Ididn't know what to do....I remember the sales manager, John C, telling me to call if needed anything. I called the him on 12/22. We spoke on how i couldn't get my newly purchased car back to the dealership. He arranged to have my car towed to the dealership.
My car was picked up via flat bed within a few hours.
They said they would deal with the warranty company.
They repaired my vehicle on 12/23, and returned my car to me (in my driveway).

I will only deal with #1 Cocrahan Ford in Monroeville. I've already referred my friends/colleagues.

Don’t buy a vehicle here. They will tell you any lie to sell a vehicle. Julian will tell you a vehicle has been serviced when it hasn’t, John the sales manager will tell you they stand behind their vehicles but they don’t, they will sell you a service contract that they don’t/wont honor. When you call John about a problem, he will ghost you. You will regret buying a vehicle Frm here.

Typical car dealership. After you buy the vehicle you figure out how much the salesman lied and then doesn’t get back to you when you have questions about the vehicle.

Mason McDonough is a class act. Felt so comfortable with him in purchasing a car for my daughter and later on for myself. No high pressure BS. Red flags for those using this method. Honest, laid-back. Nothing phoney about him. Others should follow by example. That's what buyers look for!

We had a great experience! Mason was very knowledgeable and and went above and beyond to help me find the car of my dreams. Vinny was also fantastic making the paperwork process quick and easy, and explaining everything clearly. I couldn’t be happier with my Bronco and the service we received. Dishonest business practices. Runs online adds advertising very attractive lease deals when in reality the best offer they have is near double monthly payment with much higher downpayment

I spoke with sales personnel on phone to inquire about vehicle. Sales person confirmed it is available, and made sure to tell me to ask for him once I arrive ( I guess they get commission or some other benefits because he was adamant). I had my cash with me and was ready to spend 26 000 plus on the vehicle
Once I arrived I couldn't even get to speak to sales guy, and after walking around lot and seating inside not one person in that dealership offered me assistance about purchasing vehicle or any type assistance.
I finally stopped some young kid ( that I disturbed from his cellphone activity) and find out about some b.s story that vehicle is not there, making some nonsense story.
Do your self favor and skip this place, they choose who they want as customers and who to ignore, this was really bad dealership when it was Day Ford, I guess they kept same habits with Cochran Ford.
P.S ...and before you make some b.s. apologetic coment, or direct me to call some ,,customer service,, just to show that ,,you care,, spear me of that B.S, because reading all of those 1 star comments tells me you don't give damn about any complaints or customers

Mason was great !He Found the car we wanted and brought it to us ! My wife’s car was totaled and Mason and his team got the car she wanted and had us in and out pretty quickly! If your looking for a new ford I’d highly recommend going to see Mason at #1 Cochran Ford in Monroeville.
