Son needed cleats. Found a nice pair, but not his size. Asked 3 different associates. They all said that they have them and they must be in the back. Waited 45 minutes. Store not Even busy. Even asked one associate 2 more times. After almost an hour, the manager came over and said, they show they have them but they can't find them.. Wasted my time for nothing. Either straighter up your back room or fix your inventory.

This (location) feels like more of a clothing store than a sporting goods store. There is plenty of "fan gear" for the local pro (college, too, I think) teams as well as general athletic-ish clothing which occupies most of the floor space in this large one-story retail store. There is also sports gear around the perimeter. But, even though this is usually our first stop when shopping in-person for sports equipment, we very rarely find what we need here. The selection is just too limited when looking for a specific piece of gear. You can usually find a coupon for a dollar amount or percentage off your purchase to print and take with youor show on your phone. This store is in the Monroeville Mall, but has its own dedicated exterior entrance, and there is always plenty of parking available.

Went to buy a pair of sunglasses waited at the calendar for 10 minutes. No one never came when I asked the sales lady. Was anyone working in that section? She told me she would call some one. Then it took another 10 minutes not a pleasant. Visit.

Had called and asked if they had any adult white Carhartt beanies in stock. I was placed on hold and told they did have some in stock. I asked if they could set one aside for me as I would drive out to get it shortly and she told me it would be waiting for me at the counter. I drove 40 minutes to pick up this beanie and when I arrived I was told they have none in stock. I explained only 50 minutes prior I was told it would be there waiting for me and she responded with "no it is one of our most stolen items. We have none."I found this so be completely unprofessional as I had made sure it would be there before making the drive. Not only this but I was offered no other options after being told it wasn't there. Not shipped from a different store, not searching other stores for me.

Had to get my son a pair of football cleats, the young man working was truly amazing took the time with my son to make sure he was comfortable, also took the time to talk to my son and offer him some advice,,, we came in late and he never made us feel rushed, seemed like he genuinely cared, which is an absolute rarity these daysThank You Eric for your time last night, it was very appreciated

Theres plenty of nice new equipment for sports and outdoor activities. The price is high. If you buy items from here. It's very hard to get what u paid for.

They used to have a decent hunting and fishing section. No more hunting stuff and there fishing department isn't very good
