Very unfortunate experience here. Called weeks in advance to rent a 26’ truck. I was told they couldn’t get a 26’ but would have a 20’ truck for me for my Saturday date. I tried to give them a credit card to reserve the truck to make sure there would be no issue in getting it but they don’t allow for that. I called Friday morning to confirm my truck, and all was well. I then received a call Friday at 5:15pm, after they had closed, the day before I was to pick up the truck, notifying me that the battery was sparking and the 26’ truck was not usable. I asked Kenny to tighten the battery connections. He wasn't qualified to do it. I asked him to call AAA so that they could do it. He couldn’t do it. I asked for the 20’ truck I originally reserved rather than the 26’ truck. He couldn’t do it. I was offered a much smaller 15’ truck that was absolutely not going to work. This location left me high and dry with no usable options. Long story short, if you absolutely need a truck for a certain day, think twice before counting on this location. Don’t get stuck.

I was in need of a small truck to move a few things. On the day I was to get the truck they didn’t have any so they gave me a full-size upgrade ? I was kinda bummed because I had to drive about 800 miles and gas cost would have been way too much? So Josh gave me a 1/2 tank of free gas. I was trying to do this in 24 hours but I was a bit late and he still only charged me for 24 hours? So I gotta say it was AWESOME CUSTOMER SUPPORT ??

I needed to rent a truck back in April to move my SMB into a new building. The team at here at Enterprise went above and beyond my expectations. I needed a truck that had a low height lift gate, so I could unload on a low dock. They helped me with the dimensions, lift gate specs, and also gave me a really great price. Dominic and the other staff were really top-notch.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. If zero stars was available that would be my recommendation. My family went to rent a vechile and add my sister who lives in AZ added as a driver. I was told that she can go to any location in AZ and add onto the contract. That was not a true statement. Then they held an additional 200 over my cost for a deposit that was never even mentioned to me. I also never received a email copy of my contract. So I rented a vechile for my sister to use and she can't even drive it because I was told one thing and it was actually another. My father drove the vechile all the way to vacation without receiving a copy of the contract. We contacted corporate and spoke with a guy named Derek who claims he was the highest person in escalation department. He had a different story then what the location told me originally. Since when does an additional driver on a rental need to provide their credit card, they are not the paying party. Deposits are to be mentioned at time of contract not just taken and held without informing. Had we also known that we wouldn't be able to add my sister, we would have never rented the vechile from you. Your customer service reps need a policy review meeting, because they are telling about policies that either have changed or are not accurate on the information. Do not rent from this company as they are not even sure what their policies are.

Do not rent from this location. My father and my sister rented a vehicle with the intention on allowing myself to be added to the vehicle when they picked me up in Norfolk, Va from Phoenix, Arizona. The vehicle was rented for my use only. They confirmed with the location that i could be added to the contract. So with that information they rented the vehicle. I then spent the day traveling to 3 different Phoenix locations with the information this location advised with each location advising that this isn't even a possible. On top of them misleading to get the vehicle they charged us double the fees for the extra driver. When we have a corporate account that allows up to 9 drivers for zero additional fees. So now we have a rental in North Carolina that I can not drive and was double charged. We rent from enterprise consistently. The icing on the cake is we never even received the contract to allow the drivers that were listed to even drive the car legally. Ridiculous.

I have conducted business twice with Enterprise Car Sales department and each time I've gotten newly used vehicles. But that's not the full reason for the review. The overall customer service of each representative was above and beyond to better assist the customer. It was genuine concerns about what I needed and what was in my budget. Very glad I made the decision to deal with them.

I have been using Enterprise Rent a Car since they opened in Murrysville PA and have always received exceptional service by the staff. Today I had an emergency situation and could not reach anyone by phone and when I arrived there the doors were locked. The posted hours state 10 am the phone and Web show 9 am to 2 pm along with the recording stating 9 am to 2 pm. No one ever answered the phone with 5 calls from 9:05 am to 9:33 am I tried on both listed phone numbers. I then called Monroeville's number which showed 9 am to noon which connected me to a funeral home. I found another number for Monroeville which confirmed the hours of both Monroeville and Murrysville. Certainly businesses are entitled to change their hours but you would think that a large business like this that advertises as a "family business" in a corporate world would take the time to correct their information that is supplied to the public. Very disappointed and hope this review catches their attention to make the corrections. I dont think that Mr Taylor would be proud as this is not what made him a the 12 billion dollar man and a great businessman.
