Megan and Cassie were both extremely professional and kind. They made the whole process of moving into the unit very smooth and quick. Making payments is very easy, and they are very accommodating when it comes to extending the time you need the unit for. Clean & secure facility, very easy to navigate. Would definitely rent a unit here again if the need arises.

They made the entire process not only a breeze but actually enjoyable! I had an absolutely amazing experience at EZ Storage on July 2, 2025. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and secure, which gave me total peace of mind about storing my belongings. I truly appreciated the efficiency and attention to detail — it's rare to find such a high level of customer service these days.

Megan from the front door was a great person. When I came back up there for my actual rental Cassie and Megan were great. As I was moving into my locker Cassie show me how to fix the door and I was in in no time. You have some great people working here.
