Had eye surgery at gamma drive only to come out to find one of your drivers arguing with me ride because she was parked where she was told to, right in front of the ramp. He was nothing more than a jerk yelling at her. For that I'll never use this company again. FedEx needs to teach their drivers to have respect, its bad enough they park in places that make it dangerous to drivers now they snap on drivers that need to pick up people after surgery. Its no surprise that you only have a 3.7 rating

Donna and James are the absolute joy of this place.
From the moment I walked in, they made me feel truly cared for .. such a rare and refreshing change from other printing places I’d been to. Donna went above and beyond to help me, just like she always has, and James was just as thoughtful and attentive. They made sure everything was perfect, never rushed me, and made the whole process so easy. I’d been searching for days, and they had me taken care of and out the door in under an hour. I’m genuinely so beyond grateful for both of them! Will use them forever

The lady who I spoke to today on the phone was extremely helpful. I can have trouble with figuring some stuff out and she absolutely took the time to make sure I understood.
I have trouble at this location sometimes, the self-service printing and copying/faxing machines aren’t the easiest to figure out.
Maybe that’s why the signs with instructions keep getting bigger!
But on a serious note, thank you!

I went into FedEx this morning to have some simple business cards printed out I walked over to the counter where of course it was the manager from the way he was dressed he had a on a blue shirt blue jeans and glasses and he was instructing the other employee. From the time he walks up to the counter his energy was negative and all he kept trying to do was make me go online which I did. So when I went back into the store, he still tried to blow me off and complained about all the other print jobs he had to do. I highly recommend if you need business cards do not go to this FedEx office in Monroeville. Go to vistaprint.com because it's easier to use and customer service is way better.

I've only used this place for shipping.
It seems that every time I go there, I get stuck with the same absolutely miserable employee with glasses.
I get one word answers and miserable attitude.
While I do think FedEx is hard to beat in regards to shipping reliability, I'm not going to this location any more.
The Monroeville UPS staff a few blocks away are much more efficient and friendly.

Closed early. Doors were locked early with employees and customers inside. Don’t post your hours, if you’re not going to bother to honor them. Locking your doors PRIOR to your posted closing time is inconsiderate to your customers and just bad business. The doors should not be locked until the actual closing time IMHO.

Management seriously needs to step in and experience what it’s like to be a customer here, it takes minimal 30-45 minutes for the simplest tasks!! To pick up a package took me 45 minutes! And the staff that works here I feel so bad for them for having to bare everyone’s anger over the backlash. Management needs to be held accountable this is UNACCEPTABLE!!

I come here very often to ship stuff out for work, and I had to leave a review because the whole staff is outstanding. Always nice, understanding, and helpful. From top to bottom. Donna exceeds everyone else, she holds a conversation and cares not only about the stuff I’m shipping out but also me. Kudos to the team here for their effort
