Called to get a price on four tires asked if they could do it that day. Ashley is who I dealt with( she said we have to get one tire but have three okay sounds good so you can do the four tires today she says yes but I'll call you back to verify I got the tire from the other shop. Waited from 1230 never herd back called at 230 she said yeah come down got here at 315 left went to store came back car never moved for an hour i sit for another 45 mins while I see them pulling quiet a few cars in and out. I go asked Ashley how much longer she doesn't even know what I'm talking about at first goes back in the garage realizes my car never moved and 2 hours and 10 minutes later my tires are finally getting changed. I originally wanted an oil change also but told them forget it I've already waited two hours before the car was pulled in. I was told when I got here 1 hour 45 mins for the car to be done. It takes half hour to change 4 small car tires. This is pathetic.

I brought my car here for inspection in April. I ended up needing to have my brakes done. A couple weeks after I had a horrible knocking sound coming from my front driver side. I ended up taking the car to my dealership to have it looked at. They found that Firestone put on aftermarket brake pads that didn’t fit properly, and they also cut the boots on my brake caliper pistons. After $750 worth of “work” from Firestone, I now have to pay more money for someone to fix what they messed up.

Drove 35 minutes to have a lifetime purchased alignment done. Scheduled appointment for alignment, arrived before appointment. Waited to be signed in due to call off. Was FIRST customer and would be done in 45 minutes. Returned in 48 minutes and vehicle never moved. Was told unable to perform service since they needed keys for register drawer. At this time they would take the vehicle now and would be another 45 minutes. How does a FREE alignment need to wait for register keys…. All other customers that arrived after me all being worked on.

I had a nail puncture in the right rear tire of my Subaru Crosstrek repaired yesterday. The repair was done satisfactorily, but they (1) inflated the tire 5 psi below the allowable pressure (which they knew or should have known as I bought the tires there about a year ago) and (2) failed to replace the valve cap.
On returning home in rain (fortunately only 2 mi. from the store), I checked the tire, inflated it to the proper pressure, and replaced the valve cap.
If I ever have another tire repaired there, I will carefully check it before leaving the store.

Everyone was flexible and friendly with super fast service. They were honest about what my vehicle needed and they specified what repairs were necessary and what were good suggestions to maintain. My service was done within the business day on a holiday weekend, and everyone was so nice!

Today my vehicle went for a courtesy check and from the get go customer service questioned. Explained just bought the car not to long ago and the dealership did a free check and found all these things. Sometime later received a call from Firestone , they found more. However, all fixed for 1/2 of what the dealership stated for less then what was done. Firestone crew you rock. Someone give them a raise. Bless you all. So thankful today because of this crew
