We booked an appointment for my wife’s car, to fix a leak on her car’s tire. It took 2 hrs to get fixed. The whole time they employees were screwing around and doing anything but fixing her tire. Ive been here many times and I have to wait long times but today was truly a Terrible service.

We were in town for a music fest, and heading back to Michigan. Noticed low air and a screw in one of the tires. Chose this location because of all the great reviews, and they didn’t disappoint! Lauren was so great and accommodating and got us all patched up within an hour! Highly recommend this Firestone location!

i have been coming here for a couple years now and they have always been so helpful and very personable. Today, Lauren helped me a ton with all the work i needed to put into my car today as well as creating a plan for the next big work i need done on my car. She was very informative and honest and left no details hidden from me. Both people at the front desk are great, the man that greeted me and checked me in was also very kind and personable and the guys in the back are always great, i’ve never had any issues with any work i get done here!
Getting work done on my car is always an experience that stresses me out— who doesn’t it stress out? The employees at this location make it easy and stress free! I will continue to come here for years to come and i 100% recommend you do too!

Just one year (3/4/2023) before I changed tire for my car and I have to put new one bacause they told me that we cann't fix the puncture. I believe that it was not like that. By doing that they wants to grab extra money.

Don't use this location.. I had a 10am appointment to have my snow tires switched out for summer and it took over 3 hours... If I would have if I would have know they were that backed up, I would have had my wife pick me up and not wait at store.

I was visiting family who recently moved to Plum. I drove from northcentral PA pulling a trailer of household goods. My Toyota Tacoma broke down and I was unable to get a dealer's garage to even look at it before Wednesday. I had to get it repaired as I need to get the trailer back to Sayre PA by end-of-day Monday. Firestone was open so I stopped in.
I told Lauren, the Service Manager, the problem and she was able to fit me in for a technician to look at it. It ended up needing significant parts and repairs: the crank shaft cover was leaking a lot of oil which had damaged the fans belts and stabilizing arms. She was able to get the parts and schedule it for Monday, Memorial Day. The technician was outstanding!
The repairs were completed, and I was able to head home by 5 pm. I really appreciate everything everyone did for me. Thank you for being there!
