The pedicure techs here are great but as a cosmetologist I did notice they do not use sterilized tools or change their nail files for every client. They also do not clean their pedicure bowls after each client they only line the bowl with plastic for each new client. If this salon worked on sanitation and cleanliness that would take my experience from a 4 to a 10 .

did my nails rough, made my nails bulky, didn't do what i asked after i kept telling them . then they charged me $70 for a overlay FILL and they cut my finger with a file and kept trying to file over blood . this place is really horrible and i hot my feet done and they charged me $75 for natural gel nail polish and didn't even massage my feet right . idk why this place is still in business it got horrible customer service. the power went out so she couldn't even what see what she was doing while doing my feet. they also take long to do a overlay FILL and feet with only gel polish . 0/10 never coming back !!

Best pedicure I had in a long time. The guy who did my pedicure took his time and was really nice. I didn’t feel rushed. Also was clean. Will be back.

My daughter goes here every time she wants her nails done. She always requests for Sarah to do her nails and her nails always turn out so incredible!! She never has easy, plain nail ideas for Sarah either but the talent Sarah has is amazing!! And she is so nice and sweet too!!! Everyone is so nice there and very clean!

I’ve been going to First Nails Spa for awhile and the service is always A+. I see Sarah every two weeks and she listens to exactly what I want and delivers every time!

I had a fill and pedicure. The polish is two different colors. My toes look horrible and my fingernails are misshapen and rough. I am so disappointed.

Great experience! I was able to walk in for a gel manicure and pedicure without an appointment and was taken right away. Staff is friendly and space is very clean! Very happy with how my nails turned out

Always a fantastic job! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I won’t ever stop! They are my favorite and also do the best pedicures! I drive 30 minutes to get here and it’s worth it. Highly recommend!
