Calling to make sure this branch is open and not having systems issues as the one I just left from is having technical system problems. I called three times, I could hear someone on the line and they hung up all 3 times

I wish I could leave 0 stars, I have went to this branch 2 days in a row getting off work. They have closed before 5pm. That is very unprofessional, due to the fact this bank does not allow wire transfers from outside banks to pay on their loans. The security guard watched me pull into the lot, and went and locked the door. Both times.

This branch has always been professional. I changed the rating from 5 star to 1 due to multiple checks not depositing correctly on several occasions. It's not the branches fault but If you have a business to run go to citizens and don't waste your time. I've lost several days of work due to mobile deposits not working correctly and all they tell you is sorry idk what happened you have to wait

I called their customer service number twice and it said if you don’t have your account information press star and we’ll connect you with someone who can help. I did this twice and it would disconnect me both times so I called the Monroeville branch and Mellissa answered. They’re suppose to have a division that handles auto insurance if your vehicle is financed through FNB. I asked Melissa if she could get me this number after explaining to her what had just happened when I called for the customer line and she said I don’t know about that branch and tried to give me the customer service number again.

Unbelievable lack of customer support. They block Coinbase transactions and threaten to close accounts involved in 100% legitimate trading. The mortgage department is unbelievably unprofessional, they will lie to your face, then repeatedly send unlegible documents that have been photocopied so many times they cant be read. My le gal representation laughed and said "oh great, First National" when first bringing up that I do business with them. The tellers refuse to call other banks to check and confirm cashier checks. They sent a debit card for my account to a complete wrong address 2 seperate times now. Could go on for days about the lack of any customer support or accountability.

I agree with the nice people but crazy slow service comments. It can easily take 5 minutes for each customer to cash a check or process a deposit or withdrawal. If there is more than 1 car in front of me at the drive-thru, I usually turn off my car while in line. It can easily be a 10 or 15 minute wait! The biggest problem is that they cannot handle ANY transaction at the drive-thru window and have to walk back and forth to their normal teller window! And don't dare ask for your account balance, because that will take an extra 5 minutes for some reason and arrive written by hand on a piece of scrap paper!

You must have an account to cash any check. They won't even cash their own checks unless you have an account

Couldn't set up auto-pay online -- had to MAIL IN A PAPER FORM. Couldn't make a payment online or over the phone -- had to drive to a branch. Apparently senior management is stuck in the 1980's!

Worst bank I've been to in a long time. The drive through could not have been more slow. Sat in the drive through with one car in front me for over 20 minutes.
