I always enjoy shopping at the Monroeville mall store.
Lashon and Aaron are so personable and willing to assist with everything! I have been shopping at this location since it opened. .
I finally found associates that are dedicated to their job and display exemplary service!

First time ever in Forever 21 in Monroeville Mall was an excellent customer experience. The store manager Latoya and her staff Skyah, Aderienne and Leona all greeted us with very pleasant smiles and attitude, hard to find in today's retail environment. Will definitely return to this store for future business due to the pleasant experience.

Never met such rude people. There were 3 people who worked there. They shouted to each other when they waited something. The one at the register kept shouting the (I only imagine) shift manager to give her the “10 mnt break” while treating customers with rude attitude. The shift manager (if she was), was wearing a very unprofessional clothes and also shouted the other girls what to do. They closed the fitting rooms cause no one was able to attend them (I guess). All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience and I will never go back there and recommend anyone to go to another location.

Lots of trendy clothing options from little girls to plus sizes. Shoes, hats, purses, jewelry, socks. Great place to pick up an outfit.

Took my niece shopping day after Christmas. Absolutely no sale in the store. When I asked from the price on a coat the employee had made a slick remark about it not being her fault there wasn't a sell. I wont go back.

I just want to say that this is my first time in this store and every single employee was amazing. No matter who I want to they were extremely helpful and just kind in general. I was asking for so many different things and they just kept walking with me through the store and helping me find whatever I needed. Very rare for every employee to be so kind in one store. I can't wait to go back. Thank you to Faith and Kemyl for all of your help. I hope corporate knows what a great job you guys are doing
