This store is a bit on the smaller side but has everything you would imagine at gamestop! its been a very long time since I have been in one. Lots of used PS4 games here as well. Overall well kept

Terrible service. Ordered a PS5 online at 9am for TODAY pickup in store. Never received an email saying it was ready. Decided to show up at 5PM and ask the status as I needed it for a gift. They tell me everything is good and processed , just waiting for them to send it to the stores system. Waited 2 more hours and was told THE SAME THING! It's been over 10 hours since I placed my order! Called my bank and was told the money was transfered at 10AM!! Nothing the store employee said he could do , call customer service and the scripted people kept repeating the same thing about "the system takes time"...how much time? Why advertise TODAY Pickup if I can't actually get my product that I paid for TODAY!? Canceled my order and went to Best Buy instead. Definitely lost my business , and would suggest people to stay away from online ordering

Very helpful and knowledgeable associates here. Great variety of accessories for pretty much any system. Lots of cosmetic options. Decent prices. Very easy to find being that it's in the center of the biggest strip mall in Monroeville lol

The staff is friendly. It's a usual GameStop with overpriced Funko pops everywhere and a bunch of used consoles they're trying to sell you.

Just came here today to buy a series s and I'm glad I did. The guy was friendly, informative and personable. If I ever need to buy hardware again, I'm coming here because of my experience.
