I most often use giant eagle for their grocery pick up. I have five kids and it is very helpful to not have to walk the isles and have them shop for us and pick. It is pretty rare but occasionally I get a bad piece of produce, but it is hard for them I'm sure. I love this service and if you have never used it you should try it!

Food is fine. The place is clean. But lines of people waiting to check out and three lanes open is it? Come on. To the lady working who stood talking to the other employee for 20 minutes while we waited in line and she watched us ... or the manager who doesn't see bottlenecks and make moves to keep things going, get it together. Maybe this is why the CEO was ousted. Because people don't know how to keep the place moving. More aisles open = more transactions = more sales.

The people who work here at this bakery do an excellent job and make these bake goods of high quality. I am sure that everything tastes as good as it looks.

Poor giant Eagle--selection is low compared to others, and prepared food tastes terrible for the price.I just skip the deli now--they're so slow and rude it's just not worth it.I can't wait until Wegman's finally pushes this garbage company out of the area.

I really wish they would go back to being open 24/7 with my work schedule sometimes it's hard to get to a store within the hours. I would go all hours of the night or around 5am sometimes. I've heard a lot of people wishing this store would go back to 24/7

*Terrible* Do not order a cake from here! Placed an order for a picture cake last week and when my husband went to pick it up - the order was cancelled without notice. ??we received no email or call - nothing. Employee non-apologetic and did nothing to make it right. First time ordering from here in a long time and definitely the last. There is no excuse for a no notice cancellation without consideration. Don’t waste your time.Go to Sam’s Club Bakery, Oakmont Bakery or Moio’s Italian bakery instead. Never had an issue any time ordering from any of those places.Moio’s in Monroeville made it right today. Giant Eagle Bakery - Shame on you.

My 79 yo mom was very sick, just released from the emergency room and needed to get some prescriptions filled. She was 3 min past closing time but all 4 or 5 of them stuck around to fill it for her before they all left. They could have easily refused her as they were technically closed. Very nice and polite to her. GE pharmacy will be our go to for prescriptions from now on!

I have had multiple horrible customer service experiences here. My most recent interaction, an incorrect spelling of my name at the pharmacy, was basically brushed off and no apology given. Even after I requested my name be corrected I still received information under an incorrect spelling. Best part is - I gave them my driver's license so they could just copy all the information. I brought this to the attention of the manager who acted as if he couldn't be bothered. Overall. Underwhelmed.

I was in town for business and stayed in a hotel just around the corner. I tried to stay away from eating out, so I would stop by this grocery and pick up foods to keep in my hotel fridge. It was so convenient and very easy to get in and out. I made four grocery trips during my time in town and never had an issue. I will be making these trips on a regular basis and will continue to shop at this store. The selection, layout and staff were great.
