Product not priced on self. Products stocked with wrong price marked. Price not honored by clerk. When asked if they would honor price displayed, was told "No, we can't give it to you free." The Product was $19.99, the price on self was marked $9.99. Free was never the issue. Could if been a easy save.?

Limited on protein supplement flavors. Only had chocolate in some of the powders. Otherwise they are an awesome store.

Not really a review, just information. I left there 10 minutes ago. The entire building (including the bike shop next door) has been tagged and deemed unfit for human habitation. Not sure of the reason.....but it's definitely closed.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences here today. I ordered a product online that was only half way full. This is not my first time using this product, just the first time I ordered it from GNC. I called customer service and they told me that I had to go into a store because they couldn’t help me. I went into this store today and told the kid working what was going on and he literally stood there and said “well what do you want me to do?” I told him that when I called they told me to come in and someone could help me get my money back or just help but I told him that I couldn’t remember what the guy told me my options were. He rudely said “we can give you your money back” and shrugged so I was like “ok works for me...” he then did a return for less than what I paid for the product and then when I told him what I actually paid for it he argued with me that I didn’t two or three times until I actually showed him the receipt in my email. He grudgingly went back to the computer and finally gave me a return but was so rude about it. Never once said we apologize for the inconvenience or even apologized for arguing with me about the price. When I went to leave I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to leave the product or not because in the past they’ve told me to just keep it if I had an issue. When I went to leave the kid rudely told me I had to leave the product. If I was mistaken that’s fine but don’t continue to be rude about it. I’ve been a pro member with GNC for about 3yrs and used them for at least 10yrs. This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with a product and they wouldn’t help me and it’s super discouraging to actually go into a store and be treated like that. I cancelled my membership today and will not be using GNC again.
