Do not EVER put a down payment or give these scammers your money. They need to be locked up. Selling fake jewelry is never ok and keeping people’s money is even worse

Take pictures of jewelry before bringing them to this place to have them repaired. 18k gold bracelet I've had for over 10 years is now tarnished and the owner doesn't care. This business need to be investigated.
