If you have young kids don’t go here. We drove 45 min to shop here. I have a 1 and 3 yo that were rolling around a flat basketball while my fiancé watched them so I could look at clothes. The man with the ponytail gave us a hard time even though they were being watched and not harming anything. Left immediately. Will not be back.

PRICES HAVE BECOME RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. THIS IS SECOND HAND STUFF. SOME OF WHICH HAS PRICE TAGS ON, FROM DOLLAR STORE, WHICH IS FAR LESS THAN THE PRICE THEY ARE CHARGING. SHAME ON THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE. MOST PEOPLE WHO SHOP THERE GO BECAUSE THEY CANT AFFORD TO BUY AT RETAIL STORES. THIS HAS BECOME A PLACE I CAN BARELY AFFORD TO SHOP AT.

I visited this Goodwill location for the first time yesterday. The customer bathroom (single stall) was horrendous. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The toilet bowl had black and pink scum around where water sits and around the bowl lip. The sink had lots of dirt/grime in it. The paper towels weren't inside the holder and were instead sitting on top of the holder. The bathroom cleaning log posted on the back of the door was completely blank, and had dates starting on 12/31 to today. There was plenty of parking, which was helpful. The women's clothing selection was pretty nice. There seemed to be a lack of selection for men's clothing. Pricing seems to be arbitrary. I found a few of the same brand/style/condition of item and they had different prices on them.

Reasonable selection, but not super extensive. For instance, they have men's dress shirts, but no blazers. They have kitchen supplies, but mostly ceramic/glass (minimal plastic plates/cups). So, nothing to complain about for a second hand store but also not exceptional.

Very clean and neatly organized. Not very much furniture, but tons of clothing.

I'll give that it's nice for what it is. It is half the size of a normal Goodwill, and you really have to dig for anything worthwhile. Not much in terms of furniture, men's shoes & clothing, or toys. Sizes are all over the place, and I don't think I've ever actually seen what color is discounted for the day. There's usually a person in the back taking donations, but I would definitely call ahead of time to be sure someone's there.

While I hate to rag on a Goodwill, I am an avid thrift store shopper and it’s such a bummer that this is the closest Goodwill store to me. I go to many Goodwill stores and this is the worst, by far.STOREThis location is one of the smaller Goodwill locations in the area. It was remodeled more recently. It’s definitely cleaner than it was, but that’s about all that has gotten better. There is always ample parking.SELECTIONI’m always amazed how small of a clothing selection there is. The men’s section is the barest I’ve seen. Honestly, half the time I go in there and the shelves look like they’re a store going out of business.PRICESThis is probably my biggest complaint. Houseware prices are high and inconsistent. I have seen literal garbage with a $2.99 price tag. There are chipped, scratched, severely worn items with $4.99 price tags, but Pyrex plates with a $1.99 tag. It’s bizarre. Personally, I buy old and worn glass items to repurpose in art projects but I am not going to spend $5 for garbage, you know? Especially when these same items are $ .99 at other Goodwill stores.SERVICEAll the employees that work there, both in the store and in the receiving area, have always been super friendly and helpful.

High prices, low quality. Poor inventory. No wonder no one goes here. Goodwill used to be fun to shop at. They exclude many people from their programs, so it can not be about helping people

This is my fave store! No matter where Goodwill is it will always be my first choice. Today was for waiting for our token male, Mark, to use H&R Block after we ate out. The mall's too noisy. So just bought some books today. But last week I bought some "new" clothes as I've lost weight.

They always keep the good stuff in the back and bring the junk out front I’ve been going there for about two years donating stuff and the stuff I donate has really good stuff. I don’t see it brought out for somebody else to enjoy some. In my opinion I think that the Goodwill employees keep the good stuff for themselves

This Goodwill is a nice little shop located by the Monroeville Mall. They have a decent selection and the staff is friendly.

I actually went here to donate some items and no one was there at the drive thru pick up area despite the fact that people were working in the back through the window. I ended up taking all my donations and putting them in the dumpster. I had an entire trunk and back seat full of unused shoes, housewares, clothes etc. Won’t bother to come back to donate unfortunately.

Very well organized. they have multiple bins for the different types of material, clothing, household, electronics, etc. Also very convenient that you can drive right up and the bins are right there.
