I am happy to give a five star review to this excellent storage business. From my first contact to my last visit, the customer service at this establishment is gold standard. After I secured my unit I received a call from Cindy welcoming me to Guardian, which I felt was an added bonus not usually experienced. Then I received the best assistance from James, who not only processed my account, but walked me to my unit and answered my questions, which meant a lot. Receiving a welcome bag and a free heavy duty lock was an unexpected pleasure, and secured my good feeling about this business. The place is easily accessible, extremely clean, utility carts at the doorway in the loading dock making moving in easy. The office is welcoming and I watched the same courtesy that I experienced extended to another customer who was securing a unit. James actually walked him up to where I had my unit, and discussed his needs in getting a bigger one after seeing the small one. I am impressed by the level of service, and while some would say that they are just doing their jobs, I would say they made it easy get what was needed with attention to my details in a kind and courteous manner, not often seen nowadays. Here's my advice....try this place when you need storage, and you will not be disappointed!

Just realized I left a review for the other Monroeville facility....oops! I meant to leave it for this one. Recently had to store some overflow records and equipment that wouldnt fit in my shop. I have known Cindy for years, never had a bad experience.

James customer service is on point and on time. Last week I came into the facility and was greeted immediately. Every question I had was answered to the best of his ability. The truck was all booked for the week but J found me a good day for the following week. Let's talk about tag team. So Aug 26 is my day for the truck (side note I had a devastating death in the family) I was greated upon walking in by again James and Im sorry I don't rem the young ladies name who had the white guardian sweatshirt on. They worked well as a team. They got me through the rental process faster than receiving a meal at Wendy's. James was very informative even upon returning the vehicle I was thanked for being a customer. I thanked James bc in the mist of my storm just his simple customer service def was a highlight in my bad day.......
