These people care about their customers. Period !They made a special arraignment to fit me in due to my limited schedule this day. The haircut was perfect. My full beard trim is the nicest I've ever had and looks great. I'm not sure the name of the lady who took care of me, but she was meticulous and very thorough. My wife loves the cut and is very happy, and if the wife is happy......BTW I'm a 1st time customer, but it certainly won't be my last time there.Thanks for coming to work and doing this job. It was fine. Frank cut my hair. He was nice, real chatty, made it a point to make sure I liked my haircut and got what I paid for. He was quick and proficient, which is all anyone can ask of a barber. I don't even like dinging them a star, but I can't give a half star so 4 stars it is. Front desk person was polite and was able to schedule me same day on a Saturday morning: that is pretty darn good, especially in Monroeville. Nothing stands out as bad really. Thanks again for the cut.

Horrible experience. I knew when Cathy shampooed my hair that it would be terrible. The salon was packed with people and uncomfortable for Covid compliance. It is not clean.I chose this salon because other reviews were good, but Cathy is not experienced enough and did not listen to what I wanted. The haircut was atrocious, leaving bangs irregular and in my eyes, though I repeatedly asked for them to be shorter. She was very fast and very unconcerned with my requests. I've never had a haircut where the hair wasn't parted, sectioned and cut carefully. She just snipped away. At the end, hair all over me and my FEET?> Never has a stylist left hair all over me.Add to that loud political conversations from the barber side and all around and this was the most uncomfortable, horrible experience.I paid $35 for a poor haircut and an awful uncomfortable experience with Cathy who made it more uncomfortable.
