Harbor Freight Tools is a well-stocked and very clean store. The staff is always helpful, with polite cashiers and floor associates who know the store very well and care about the customer. The location is excellent. It offers a great price and an unmatched assortment of tools at an unbeatable value. Products are a decent value and reasonably priced. The store has everything needed, even odd items. Returns within 10 days are usually no problem, and an affordable warranty is often offered. Customers can get what they need and usually stuff they don't need but pick up anyway.
