Harbor Freight Tools is a well-stocked and very clean store. The staff is always helpful, with polite cashiers and floor associates who know the store very well and care about the customer. The location is excellent. It offers a great price and an unmatched assortment of tools at an unbeatable value. Products are a decent value and reasonably priced. The store has everything needed, even odd items. Returns within 10 days are usually no problem, and an affordable warranty is often offered. Customers can get what they need and usually stuff they don't need but pick up anyway.
Ive always been happy with what Ive purchased here. Today I bought a shop vac with more features at a lower price than the HD orange or L's blue box stores had. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The staff members are friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the store and are able to quickly point you in the right direction for what you are looking for.
