It was out of service multiple times. Update: I have gone several times to withdraw money, only to be told they don't have enough. It was various days and various times. Ended up having to go to a different branch all 3 times. Gave up making this my home branch, even though it's the closest to where we just moved to.

This is the first bank I've ever had an account at that does not provide a bathroom facility for its customers. Awful! And its not because of Covid as my other bank (Chase) not only provides a bathroom but free coffee too. Guess Huntington doesn't think its customers are worth the cost of a bathroom. Oh, well. There are lots of other banks around.

Don't know what their on-site service is like but my mother had an account there, she passed away. I have provided all paperwork, and it's been one delay after other. I have received pay-outs, closed accounts, etc... handled final matters now for a total of seven different financial institutions. All were notified and received the first notification within days of each other. Huntington has been the slowest and least responsive and the only one still outstanding. They say the delays are because we are "out of state" and they are "careful." We have been out of state with all others too and this account is a tiny one, I'd walk away and just leave it for the hassle but it's the principle now. I am acting as Executor & POA for my 93 year old father, and quite frankly, I feel they are taking advantage. I'm about done. Left another message today, my next letters will be to the PA state Banking and Insurance commissioners.

I like the service and friendly tellers. Too few people working at a time. 5 people in line 1 teller. Only one other banker on site. Nice lobby and environment but the way the line is set up people stand next to the door. Congested entry is unsafe. You need to have the line set up so that the lobby space is used effectively. Get more bankers.

1 star is too much....Bank has very sloppy practices in their website. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Although I can't speak for all of the Huntington Bank branches, I can tell you that the Monroeville, Pa. Branch is the worst ever and I would not recommend doing any type of business with them. The manager does not know the meaning of customer service, is unprofessional, and I highly suspect, would not be able to define the word empathy. While doing business recently with them due to the death of a family member, she came across as ..the sooner you go away...the better. She was not interested in listening, assisting or anything else that you would expect a branch manager should be capable of. She does however, offer many meaningless "I'm sorry"s, but makes no attempt to assist. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional "manager" and I have no plans to ever deal with Huntington Bank again after this initial encounter.
