Nate was a Beast.
Unfortunately we got approved right as they were switching to franchise. Communication is key when this sorts thing happens. Melvin and Kathy do not communicate.
It took us 3 days to officially purchase our vehicle.
Not the sales person’s fault at all. Jay and Nate kept having to apologize for management.
Vehicle is running smooth. Will be taking it in because where the hub cap was sticking out is squealing now.

Was not a good experience not even a little bit Byrider had my girlfriend and i in the dealership from 10am till 2pm just to tell us we didn't qualify to get a vehicle because my girlfriend works under the table...but get this that was the first thing we told the sales rep as soon as we sat down to do the paperwork...I'm not going to lie the sales rep was one of the nicest and charismatic people i have every met but the Manager there was super unprofessional he had his pants hanging off his ass like some kind of street thug, FLIRTING with females i just don't think there's any room for people in authority like this guy...but JAY Williams you was the greatest...but real talk don't go to Byrider in Monroville, Pa it might be a waste of time that u can never get back...

They ran my credit and never heard back from them. That was past Monday 9/16/24. I called them no answer. I’m starting feel like they stole my time and credit wasted 3 hrs of my life heard nothing back . I feel like they don’t care about there customers. I am going somewhere else to get a car. Never going there again and I will be telling people not to go there if they need a car.

I had an amazing experience with Nate. He listened to what i wanted in a vehicle and his first pick was PERFECT! He was thorough, patient and answered my questions. This was my first experience purchasing a car and overall, I think it went very well. I willmost definitely buy another car here.

First time car buyer and I’m not happy so far! Called to see about my breaks a week after I got my car no answer untill I called 1000x. Then I go in for an oil change at 12:30 my appointment is at 1pm the employees took lunch untill 2:45 my car wasn’t done untill a bit after 3:30. Employees should be fired very unprofessional!!!! I left work early for no reason I could have been doin something in those 3 hours I waited. I do not recommend

The wife and I bought a 2012 kia sorento from here a lil over 2years ago and after a week of having the kia we started having problems with it called this store multiple times to get these problems resolved and all ways get a run around this place is nothing but a scam I will never recommend this company at all

I like to take the time to expose this rip off location, this location will rip you off your money if you don’t pay attention , I wanted my vehicle to be looked at , I called 5 times left 3 voicemails , nobody called me back until I blew they phone up in the afternoon, when they shut down the west liberty location the workers from that location came here so why it took forever to get a call back I don’t know, so I wanted my car fix , the guy who answered the phone(which who I know) told me they wanted to charge me to look at it , then a additional charge to fix whatever issue, this same location fix my engine but never test drive it to make sure my engine was fix , still to this day my engine still over heats , so I called the by rider on McKnight road for a second opinion, the mechanic not only check my car for free , didn’t charge me unless they fix the issue , charge me less then this location, called me back less then 10 mins when I left a message, told me not to order parts cause the issue could be minor , it the same company but why the monroville location tried to rip me off?, this location is only good for oil changes, so by rider customers please take ur car to the McKnight road location if you want a fair fix up, and proper customer care, if my engine stops working I will have a lawsuit against this location and I hope a by rider owner or top executive see this review , cause this location needs to be looked at, I wouldn’t waste my time leaving a paragraph if I didn’t feel this location was fishy, don’t let anyone take advantage of your hard earn money, I hope this review help other customers.
