I worked Jay he was very nice and professional, very straight forward, did my paperwork, paid, it was a long process, but he made my experience very pleasant, he explained everything very thoroughly, made sure I understood everything and even worked with me on my down payment, I really did have a lot of money the day after Christmas but he got me rolling❤️

WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR FROM THE STAFF IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND THEY TALK TO YOU RUDE AND TRY TO BELITTLE YOU NO ONE THERE HAS ANY RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET A CAR I PRAY MY EXPERIENCE DOESNT BECOMES YOURS HAVE A BLESSED DAY!!!!

Don’t even bother if you use Uber/Spark/Instacart/Lyft as your source of income , they will approve you on the pre approval side online then when you come in person even with a co-signer you will never get approved unless you have another source of income , which at this time I’m in school this is the only way I can work. I was told that specifically they will not approve Uber / Gig work as income due to a previous bad issue , this is not mentioned anywhere on the site & is truly misleading & a complete waste of time. And the sales agent I had was basically laughing at the fact when he told me , Very irritating being as though there is no forewarning of what income qualifies & what doesn’t. My experience here was unprofessional & time consuming.

Thomas was able to give me new wheels when I was in a pinch. He was kind,amazing, and helpful and got me a cool car. Thank you. I have updated this review because I am running into issues now that it is winter time, I am running into the issue where I can’t afford tires and brakes that I need to put on this car because the biweekly payments and insurance is making it tough for me to afford anything because all of my payment plan being as weird as it is

Tom was nothing short of AMAZING!!
The process was lengthy but it was a very busy day with only 2 salesmen on the floor and I never felt forgot about. Always informed about the next step. Advised with MY budget in mind. I was put in a car that (so far so good🤞🏼) feels and runs amazing.
I was scared to take such a big step, leasing my first vehicle but Tom made sure I understood and was comfortable with EVERYTHING. I left as a very satisfied customer, smiling ear to ear in my new Chevy Trax ❤️

They got me a car when I needed a car, fair enough. However the clutch on the car went out within days and when they “fixed” it they never touched the flywheel (they knew what they were doing..taking the cheaper route any mechanic knows you don’t replace a clutch without even resurfacing the flywheel) I ended up replacing the clutch and flywheel elsewhere and the car has been fine since - The loan provider (CNAC) they on the other hand are not fun to deal with I remember during a conversation with a MANAGER there I said “I really need to refinance this loan” and she said “I’m sure if you were able to you would have already” lmao terrible customer service on their end. In the end their position in life is to feed on the poor and take advantage of people situations

It took y'all 2 weeks to fix my car y'all lost my keys in the beginning then ordered the part late because y'all was tryna hurry out for the holidays then y'all ordered the wrong part this was a nightmare for me.....

Had my oil changed Thursday, great job in and out, $25.oo. You can't even buy the oil and do yourself for that much.👍
