I had such an amazing shopping experience at Snipes in Monroeville Mall!! The General Manager, Matt, is doing a phenomenal job with the store and very informative of the inventory. The employee were all amazing as well.

I think the store is under new management, so people should try it again. I found the sales people to be friendly and helpful. They also handled my return and exchanges with no hassle and great service.

12-17-22….The store is called Snips now. I’m at black business owner of a few companies so seeing my people act weird handing customers service in a dismissive way is wild. I walk in looking for joggers , I then ask a light skin girl with glasses if they had any joggers she then shacks her head no and walk away. I was like WOW. I then ask another man behind the register and he pointed me in the right direction. I wouldn’t recommend anyone spending a dollar after that kinda lack of respect. And she was ashy

This place is so Janky it’s not even funny. All the employees just stare at you no help Every time I go in there suspiciously their card services are down like EVERYTIME. I tried to use Apple Pay and they say they don’t take Apple Pay. The lil light skin girl with the glasses always says we only take cash . Are y’all dippin into that register like cmon everyone doesn’t carry cash. There have been multiple occasions when I had to put items back because they don’t take cards. Wouldn’t dare recommend this store

Now where to even start, from the jump idk if ALL employees including the store manager are always on drugs & they’re brains are fried but iReceived Nothing but the upmost disrespectful customer service at this specific Jimmy Jazz in the mall.!! Poor communication skills & just top of the line poor work ethic.!! iPurchased certain items & the employee Natejha rung up wrong items that she picked out. I can understand people making mistakes but I was spoken to by the store manager that it was my fault.!! No need to keep speaking on the level of disrespect I’ve received at this store I’ll be letting the folks know in Pittsburgh to find another location or simply Shop at Remos right next door.!! Poor service, id never spend money in this store again & they have made over 10k off me.!! Need new management at this specific location because even the adults are children -5 stars.!! If I didn’t have great patience the experience would have been worse & that’s for the store manager.!! This is how black businesses are being ran.? Wow purely disgusting ????✝️

Believe the reviews. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a retail shop. Waited around for someone to finally help me and when I gave the guy my size, he left and never came back. Watched him from across the store dancing and laughing and finally I had to ask someone else to help me. One of the worst retail shops I’ve ever been in.
